Newer large screen UHD 4K smart led TV´s in Living room and Master bedroom and a flatscreen TV in guest bedroom.
Expanded cable, free wifi, and unlimited US-Canada calling.
Washer and dryer inside.
Private, screened in lanai with dining table and chairs.
This villa is managed by a trusted local agency with professional and individualized service for all guests and by owners.
The VDP complex amenities include heated pool, hot tub, grill area with tables and chairs for outside dining, mini putting green, shuffleboard and two tennis courts, which one is made to be also used to play Pickleball..
All at a great Sarasota location to serve as a home base for your SW Florida vacation. Just a few minutes drive to golfing, all local shopping including Costco, Sprouts, Total Wine, AMC movie theater and great restaurants.
