Newer furniture in the dining room, living room and both bedrooms. Master bedroom has a King size bed and guest bedroom has one Queen and one Twin size bed.
Newer large screen UHD 4K smart led TV´s in Living room and Master bedroom and a flatscreen TV in guest bedroom.
Expanded cable, free wifi, and unlimited US-Canada calling.

Private, screened in lanai with dining table and chairs.
This villa is managed by a trusted local agency with professional and individualized service for all guests and by owners.
The VDP complex amenities include heated pool, hot tub, grill area with tables and chairs for outside dining, mini putting green, shuffleboard and two tennis courts, which one is made to be also used to play Pickleball..
