At Coastal Euphoria, enjoy the well appointed house with so many amenities. This is a 4-bedroom, 3 ½ bath, private home sitting on an 1 ½ acres. The private walkway takes you right over the dunes and onto the beach.

On the ground level, you will find many ways to relax. There is a fantastic outdoor kitchen with a propane grill, egg grill, refrigerator, wine chiller, wet sink and dry sink. The soapstone counters will make cooking a pleasure. We offer a very large Jacuzzi seating 11 people with jets for everyone. There are exterior wi-fi speakers to make the party even better. An outdoor shower is set up to rinse the salt and sand. Enjoy the beautiful, propane fire pit. There is also a fully automated mosquito control system. There are also outdoor game available. The ice cream truck drives by most days on the beach in front of the house. Just listen for the music.

The views from the two upper decks are breathtaking. The main deck features plenty of sitting along with outdoor speakers to set the mood. The sun deck features lounge chairs along with a shaded sitting space.

Coastal Euphoria is perfect for your group or family. It is 2400 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and a fabulous open floor plan. It is located right beside Jamaica Beach and is front row to the beach. The downstairs bedroom includes a Queen Bed and a private bathroom with a tub and shower. Upstairs, enjoy the luxury of a King size bed, built-in fireplace and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a large soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed. The bunk room offers two queen beds with full size upper bunk beds. There are also 2 futons available. There are two air mattresses also available upon request.

Inside Coastal Euphoria, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space, a large living room overlooking the gulf, and a utility room with a washer/dryer, All of the bedrooms and the living room come equipped with Roku Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows. The wi-fi reaches all of the bedrooms and the outdoor kitchen area. There are both a drip coffee maker and a k-cup style coffee maker.

For the kids, there is a pack and play, high chair, and kids dinnerware.

This is a pet friendly unit. You may bring up to 2 dogs. There is a $350 pet cleaning fee .

There is parking for 5 vehicles on the private drive.

When you stay in a Best of the West home, all you need to bring is your clothes, toiletries, sunscreen, food, and you! Best of the West provides basic consumables needed for your entire stay; paper towels, toilet paper, large & small trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, coffee (grinds and k-cups), creamer, sweetener, coffee filters, and first aid kit.

Guest Access:
Guests will be provided the address, codes for key access, and other important information 3-days before your stay.

The Neighborhood:
The house is right outside of Jamaica Beach.

Getting Around:
This house is located within walking distance of Seven Seas Grocery and Nate’s Seafood and Steaks. You are also less than 30 min from the Historic Pleasure Pier and the Strand.

Other Things to Note:
Primary Renter must be at least 25 years old. No prom parties, graduation parties, or other large gatherings. Quiet hours in Galveston are 10 pm to 8 am.
