Hi Jen! Glad you enjoyed your stay, and thanks for your recommendation on a title change. We apologize that the back deck was not well kept. We routinely blow/sweep it off, but with so many trees offering their shade to the deck and back-yard, our efforts don’t always last long! We do keep a broom on the deck for this reason. We use a 3rd party site to send messaging for check-in, which would have been 5 days before your trip and the morning of. It sends your boarding pass both via text and email so that you always have it at the ready. We do this because the VRBO messaging platform isn’t always easy for people to navigate (especially if they don’t have the app on their phone), so our guests have found this to be a BIG improvement to have 1 spot with all of the info for their stay (check-in directions, codes, WiFi info, things to do in the area, etc).
