Property owners and property management were very prompt with any questions I had. One thing I would suggest is if you have any kayaks you would need to ask the property owner to email the rec center and give you permission to register the boats. Other than that our stay was fantastic.

This was a great house - we loved the amenities in the basement. The pool table and other games made for great family time with our grandsons.

Absolutely awesome place to stay. The house was immaculately clean and spacious. Basement was a HUGE hit! Celebrated my husband's birthday and NOW we all want to make it annual event, hopefully at Eric's place!Ritter's Winery was AWESOME!

Great Labor Day getaway!

Had a great weekend away. Very clean. Detailed decor throughout, mostly new. Great amenities. Tons to do even in bad weather. Hope to return.

Perfect Family Vacation

The house was immaculate!Very clean! Beautifully decorated. The house is all upgraded and new. It felt like home. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need and more. The game room was so much fun! We will definitely book again. Thank YoU,Ed and Amy Glass

Family fun

We enjoyed the game room and the fire pit. You did an amazing job with the bear decoration!Our only problem was locking the door when we were going out. Ultimately i would lock the door from inside and exit thru the garage.

Christmas getaway

The property was just as described. Plenty of bedrooms for my family. So many things to do within the house. As well as in the community. The only downfall was having to pay for certain activities within the community.

This was a terrific place for a relaxed vacation. All of the common spaces were gracious and warm. The kitchen is well-appointed. There are THREE refrigerators (and coming from an Italian family, having more than one sorry refrigerator is a total blessing). We used the grill a lot and took advantage of the two TV spaces (upstairs and donwstairs) to vary our viewing experiences. Loved the bar!!! The property manager was very responsive, though we didn't need to contact her for much--only some clarifications. Also loved the sun room...great for morning coffee and conversation. We had an excellent vacation and are grateful to have stayed at the Bear Cottage! Thanks Eric.
