Units with view category āClose to Beachā are located in the Oceanfront/Ocean Dunes building. Units in the Ocean Dunes building may have a view to the ocean. Higher level units will have a view while lower level units may have obstructed view. Ocean Marsh and Tide Mark buildings are considered Oceanside Buildings with a āCourtyard Viewā. Sea Cove and Sea Dunes buildings will have a Garden view. Units located in the back of The Ocean Marsh building will also have a Garden View.
