This spacious cabin is designed for a group! From five comfortable bedrooms to an expansive backyard with plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors, The Bigwood Cabin puts the best of the Poconos at your fingertips!

Outside, discover a private yard complete with a beautiful water feature, providing the perfect amount of ambient noise as you enjoy the mountain air. The patio has a firepit lounge and a hammock, the best spot for afternoon naps. On the back porch, you’ll find a BBQ and al fresco dining area, as well as a hot tub where you can soak and stargaze.

Inside, vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light give The Bigwood Cabin an airy yet warm atmosphere. The primary living area has a television and comfortable seating, while nearby, the dining table has seating for 8. The gourmet, fully equipped kitchen offers additional barstool seating.

A game room with card tables, a pool table, and an additional TV gives your group a place to play and connect. The upper lounge offers another place to gather with its sizable sectional sofa, while five comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms ensure everyone has a space to call their own.

Home Truths:
- There are window A/C units in all bedrooms but the 2 basement rooms. There is also 1 portable A/C unit available for use.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

CONCIERGE: By booking any of the available add-ons, the renter understands that they are not affiliated with the property owner or management, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner and management for any and all claims related to any third-party activities.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
