Nestled on nearly 2 acres in the tranquil foothills of Cheyenne Mountain and near the iconic Broadmoor Hotel, this luxury guesthouse invites you to make it your own. Complete with serene wooded views, it is close to Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline, Bear Creek Park (tennis, pickleball, archery), the shops on Colorado Ave, and miles of hike and bike trails. Relax in luxury with a king bed, plush bedding, a spacious bath, and 16ft vaulted ceilings that flood the room with natural light. You will have the entire place to yourself with outdoor seating areas and beautiful views.

Our spacious bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed with quality linens, ceiling fan, TV, and sitting area for two. The double-sink full bathroom with tub/shower is clean and welcoming and comes provided with towels and soaps. Also included is the convenience of our in-unit full washer and dryer.

The living area is welcoming and bright with charming little details throughout. There is plenty of natural light here and a comfortable couch on which to relax. Additional amenities include a dedicated computer desk with 32" monitor and keyboard, board games, and books to enhance your stay.

The well-equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 4 will ensure delightful meals with a full-sized stove and oven, refrigerator, and fully stocked cooking essentials ready for your culinary creations.

Outside you will find plenty of parking for two vehicles, an expansive wooded space with deer, red tail fox, other local fauna. The fenced in front yard is ready for entertaining and features a wooden patio, table with umbrella and chairs, and loungers for you to enjoy.

Perfect for adventure or relaxation, our home is your comfortable and convenient base in Colorado Springs. You will find bike trails, hiking, waterfalls, restaurants, cafés, breweries, craft distillers, galleries and more just minutes away! Come make your dream outdoor adventure getaway come true, located in a private and fully independent spot for you to enjoy.

* AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 25 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.

* Please keep all trash secure in the bins in the driveway or inside of the guesthouse. Do not leave any trash out outside or food in your vehicle overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the neighborhood.

* Pets are NOT allowed in this property as we keep this home pet-free as a safe place for our guests with pet allergies and due to wildlife in the area.

* No smoking (of any kind) is allowed indoors OR OUTDOORS DUE TO FREQUENT EXTREME FIRE HAZARD ALERTS IN THE AREA. We thank you for your understanding.

Hosts Dan & Jennifer were awesome. Very sweet, attentive, and awesome people. Their communication was also wonderful. The guesthouse was immaculate and adorable. Very peaceful and beautiful yard. We spent a lot of time outside on the rocking chairs on the patio at night watching the twinkling blue and white lights that were in the surrounding trees. We highly recommend this VRBO to anyone staying in the Colorado Springs area.Thank you both for all the great conversations and for allowing us to stay at your beautiful guest house. The Skyway Retreat is wonderful. Don't pass up the opportunity to stay here. As the photos show, the decor is terrific, much more fun than a typical rental. Very comfortable king bed. Quiet. Great location. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice authentic midcentury guest home, surrounded by nature in a great neighborhood. It had snacks and coffee, a comfortable bed, and a washer and dryer that all made it really feel like a home away from home. The host is a really great guy and a good communicator.

Weekday Getaway after Memorial Day

-Exceptionally clean, comfortable & cute property! Excellent hosts! Really fun and charming mid-century fixtures & decor throughout the space, in a peaceful, quiet setting. Hosts were friendly, responsive & communicative, and provided excellent food suggestions for the area. -We really enjoyed the beautiful hikes at Garden of the Gods, all of the animal experiences at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and the rail train to Pikes Peak. -We hope to be back to stay someday!

Mid-century mod in the foothills

This lovely and well-equipped mid-century modern haven is located in the Rocky Mountain foothills above Colorado Springs. The location is very quiet and peaceful but is also just minutes from the Broadmoor, Old Colorado City and downtown. The gracious and accommodating hosts were very helpful.Fun art collection!

My wife and I stayed here for a week for our 25th wedding anniv. Our 1st trip to Colorado Springs.Incredible location. The guest house was perfect. 10-15 minutes away from nearly all of the nearby hiking trails (Garden of the Gods, etc). A short 10 minute drive to food, bars, grocery stores, etc.The house itself is minimally but very tastefully decorated with highlights such as the mid-century design influences and original art. There is also a modest but nicely curated selection of books. The front patio is has both two lounge chairs and an outdoor table chair set. And two adult swings (?) which are quite comfortable. We stayed in early June and the weather was perfect. I would not describe it as "luxury" but that is not what appeals about this deeply charming guest house. The kitchen provided all we needed. The bathroom like the kitchen is not "luxury" but was perfectly clean and everything worked. A plus that there is a new washer/dryer in the house. Home was immaculately clean upon arrival. The owners, who live up the driveway-so you will see and hear them, clearly care about the house and did everything they can to ensure our stay was excellent. For a couple looking for proximity to hiking and relative isolation in a very tastefully curated and appointed home this is an absolute home run.Should we get the chance we would return in a heartbeat to this guest house.

The guest house was exactly as advertised , it exceeded our expectation. The decor was great , mid century modern with fabulous art work . The entire space is warm & inviting , really comfortable bed with nice linens . The location was phenomenal. We enjoyed the quiet & serenity of the outdoor area , great for morning coffee & evening relaxation . We had a problem accessing the lock upon arrival , the host responded in seconds . No issues at all . Location for trip to Garden of the Gods was close & easy to access , we visited several times . It was really wonderful to be away from the concrete jungle for a few days . We would definitely stay again & recommended to anyone heading to Colorado Springs .

We spent 8 nights in this cozy and quiet home away from home. This is located in a very nice neighborhood, super quiet and peaceful. The hosts were great and communicated right away if we had any questions. This is a great little place for couples visiting Colorado Springs area. There is plenty to do around this area as well as plenty of shopping and restaurants. The washer and dryer was an added plus for us. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Very peaceful and quiet.
