Place was clean, good kitchen equipment and dog friendly locale they didn’t comment on cost of dog on site but was 100$ for the stay. Seems like new location as no info book re how to use hot tub and what to do with compost as there’s a bucket but no bin at the end of the driveway.

Private spa

Great property. New, spotless, and everything you want at your fingertips. Pool? Check. Big hot tub? Check. Outdoor fire pit? Check. People sleeping up or down and you want to watch a late night movie? Massive screens on both floors. Very easy living for a crowd.

Firstly, we thought the chalet was beautiful, with a great design in a great forest setting. The chalet was well equipped although some items are quite worn and require replacement. Upon arrival there was garbage in the driveway, hot tub was cloudy and not usable for duration of stay. Deck was dirty with cigarette butts around BBQ. We had a power outage for a few hours last night of stay. There were no candles or matches or flashlights and this created a safety issue. The pilot light in the fireplace was out and there were no instructions provided on relighting. The contact sent a video, but it was very difficult to remove the screen in order to get at the controls. Finally, we would give this property a 5 out of 5 if everything was in proper operation.

Overall, we had a nice week and enjoyed our stay. The chalet is spacious, comfortable, exactly as pictured, and the pool, hot tub, and fire pit were highlights for our family.Before arriving, I contacted the management company because of a poor experience with a different rental the previous summer. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. Every message was answered quickly and professionally.Our biggest disappointment was arriving to overflowing garbage bins and garbage scattered around the property after animals got into the bags. I reported it immediately, but although the team apologized, no one came to clean it up. It remained there for most of our stay and attracted wildlife.The chalet was generally clean but could have been more thoroughly prepared. I found myself sweeping the basement stairs, mopping the floors, dusting the headboard, and cleaning crumbs and lint from the sofa. There were also a few maintenance issues, including a missing BBQ burner knob, unreliable TV remotes, and very worn bathroom towels. I also reported that the rear sliding door was unlocked on arrival and did not trigger the alarm.The management team was courteous and responsive throughout, but I was disappointed that the concerns I raised were acknowledged without being addressed during our stay. This is a beautiful property with great amenities, and with more attention to housekeeping, maintenance, and follow through, it could easily provide an outstanding guest experience.

Un très beau chalet bien organisé

Ce chalet est très bien conçu.Nous étions trois couples avec 4 enfants et comme il est divisé en deux étages assez bien isolés, il permet de vivre en groupe mais aussi de s’isoler au besoin.L’étage du haut inclus un belle cuisine bien équipée qui est attenante à une table à manger et avec une grande terrasse qui donne sur la piscine. Au premier, une grande salle qui donne sur une deuxième terrasse et le jacuzzi…les hombres et lits sont très confortable et il y plusieurs lits d’appoints disponibles. Tous ont bien aimé leur séjour.

Très beau chalet avec toutes les commodités pour un séjour agréable. Jeux de société, SPA, téléviseurs, jeu de baby foot.Grands espaces pour famille nombreuse ou entre amis.
