We stayed here because we were moving our daughter in at UCF and wanted to have our family pets with us. The space was perfect for what we needed, location, space, and being pet friendly.

We only stayed one night and overall we enjoyed it.Some key takeaways:Please make sure that the television remotes all have batteries and that they are all in working condition. Having a cypher lock on the primary room door is kind of an inconvenience (thankfully the passcode was located in the email from the host).Landscaping/ lawn maintenance is needed for the palms along the walkway.

We stayed here with 2 adults, 4 kids, and dogs. The house was clean and we loved the outside sunroom area. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. The host was very responsive and helpful. She was very accommodating to our requests. We would definitely stay here again.

The property worked very well for me and my two teenage daughters and our small little dog. It’s in an extremely convenient location and it’s safe friendly neighborhood. I walked my dog a few times a day and neighbors are welcoming. It was nice to have a fenced in yard as well. The master shower could use better water, pressure, but outside of that everything was fantastic.

Great Stay

Great location, clean comfortable home with all the amenities you need, only suggestion would be to improve lighting in kitchen and add dimmer to dining room light. Will most likely rent it again in the future.

Just a few suggestions for making it excellent.1. Place Floor Mats in bathrooms. It is dangerous stepping out of the shower on a bare floor since instructions requested that towels not be used on floor.2. Guest bathtub between two bedrooms may need plumbing maintenance. Shower water drains very slowly.3. Coffee Pot was dirty with encrusted burnt coffee in the bottom. Took some scrubbing to get it clean.4. Master Bedroom has lock with code. Code number was not provided and my brother & Sister-in-law were locked out of the room the night before we left. After several messages and calls we were able to get Marisa and she gave us the code.

Hello Nereida. Thank you so much for your review and feedback, I highly appreciate it. About the bathroom floor mats, there should have been some in the property, i provided them but I will double check on that and also on the drainage of the bathtub. I apologize about the coffee maker, that is unacceptable. I also doubled checked to make sure that the master bedroom code is on the home’s welcoming guide. Thank you again for your feedback.

Our hostess was very communicative when we had questions leading up to our arrival. Thank You!! The home is in a very nice neighborhood & is well cared for. It's very inviting, CLEAN and the bedrooms are a nice size. The front bedroom is especially pretty. We rented it specifically because it has 3 separate bedrooms with 2 baths. We were very pleased with the ample clean quality towels for the 4 of us & nice soap & shampoos. We had sufficient cookware, but had to use a big stainless steel pot to make a large salad- not a big deal. We had sufficient plates, glasses, utensil variety & everything else you need for meals. Including wine glasses & wine key.The only thing that I suggest are cotton sheets. We had synthetic in the Master bedroom which made our nights hot & sticky. The ceiling fans & air conditioner work Great, but cotton would be much more comfortable. We didn't have time to enjoy the Lovely patio, hopefully next time we can. Our adult children really liked the home as well.We were Very Happy with the rental & would definitely stay there again!! Thank you so much for offering your cozy place as a VRBO.
