Discover a peaceful 3-bedroom home in a safe, quiet neighborhood near the University of Central Florida. It features 2 clean, modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large porch with a workout area. Enjoy a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi. Close to nature trails, Black Hammock, shops, restaurants, and many local activities, this home is ideal for both relaxation and adventure Relax with the whole family at this peaceful property.

*please note, the host uses a studio space in the garage with a separate entrance from time to time, there are no shared spaces between host and guests. The walls connecting the house and studio isolate noises from both sides, which provides privacy and no interruptions to your quiet times. Host is only there on occasion.*

We stayed here because we were moving our daughter in at UCF and wanted to have our family pets with us. The space was perfect for what we needed, location, space, and being pet friendly.

We only stayed one night and overall we enjoyed it.Some key takeaways:Please make sure that the television remotes all have batteries and that they are all in working condition. Having a cypher lock on the primary room door is kind of an inconvenience (thankfully the passcode was located in the email from the host).Landscaping/ lawn maintenance is needed for the palms along the walkway.

The property worked very well for me and my two teenage daughters and our small little dog. It’s in an extremely convenient location and it’s safe friendly neighborhood. I walked my dog a few times a day and neighbors are welcoming. It was nice to have a fenced in yard as well. The master shower could use better water, pressure, but outside of that everything was fantastic.

We stayed here with 2 adults, 4 kids, and dogs. The house was clean and we loved the outside sunroom area. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. The host was very responsive and helpful. She was very accommodating to our requests. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Great location, clean comfortable home with all the amenities you need, only suggestion would be to improve lighting in kitchen and add dimmer to dining room light. Will most likely rent it again in the future.

A Wedding & A Funeral

The property was absolutely perfect for our group of 6. The location was great for going to the Wedding. Everything we needed was at the house and it was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to every question .

Excellent Stay

Location was excellent with many familiar local businesses and restaurants nearby. Well-appointed and exceptionally clean house. Marisa was an excellent host and very responsive. The few questions I had were answered in a matter of minutes. Would definitely stay again the next time I come to the Oviedo area.

Just a few suggestions for making it excellent.1. Place Floor Mats in bathrooms. It is dangerous stepping out of the shower on a bare floor since instructions requested that towels not be used on floor.2. Guest bathtub between two bedrooms may need plumbing maintenance. Shower water drains very slowly.3. Coffee Pot was dirty with encrusted burnt coffee in the bottom. Took some scrubbing to get it clean.4. Master Bedroom has lock with code. Code number was not provided and my brother & Sister-in-law were locked out of the room the night before we left. After several messages and calls we were able to get Marisa and she gave us the code.

About the bathroom floor mats, there should have been some in the property, i provided them but I will double check on that and also on the drainage of the bathtub. I apologize about the coffee maker, that is unacceptable. I also doubled checked to make sure that the master bedroom code is on the home’s welcoming guide. Thank you again for your feedback.
