The Spruce features a yard and driveway for parking, along with onsite laundry facilities. Additional amenities include air conditioning, fast WiFi, a Roku Smart TV, and a DVD player. The rooms are well-lit with dimming options available in the living room and kitchen. Accent lamps are strategically placed throughout. For added convenience, extra bedding, blankets, pillows, towels, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, shower toiletries, and laundry/dish soap are provided
