King bed, 75” TV, fully stocked with kitchen and beach supplies. Just steps away from heated saltwater pool, hot tub, fitness center, community BBQ, clubhouse. No carpet, No steps anywhere in unit. Reserved parking spot + plenty of extra parking. Inside laundry. High ceilings, lots of natural light, central a/c.
