The Space:
This luxury Presidential condo in fast paced Las Vegas has four bedrooms, four baths and it's 2123 sq ft! The master suite has a king bed with attached en suite and jetted tub (most). The second bedroom has two double beds. The third bedroom has a king bed and attached en suite. Bedroom number four has two double beds. The condo can accommodate up to 12 guests! The beautifully furnished living opens up to the full kitchen and dining area to meet all your culinary needs! It also includes a washer and dryer for your connivence.


All bedrooms include a radio w/ iPhone docks, compatible with the larger 30-pin connectors.

Guest Access:
There is a daily activity calendar upon arrival. Children activities may include movies, crafts, or root beer floats, or crafts; Adult activities may include outings to local attractions, DJ at the pool, or on-site tastings from local breweries. We want you to have the vacation of a lifetime and our Activities Center can answer all of your questions!

You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

Pets are not permitted.

Smoking in all rooms and on room balconies is strictly prohibited. Designated Smoking Sections are located in outdoor common areas of the Resort. Smoking of any kind in the room will result in a non-refundable $250 cleaning fee.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

Please be advised that reservations do not include daily housekeeping, you have the option to decline the daily housekeeping at check-in. If you decline, you will not be charged for daily housekeeping. The cost of daily housekeeping varies by room type as follows:
$75 per night for a 1 bedroom suite
$85 per night for a 1 bedroom deluxe
$105 per night for a 2 bedroom
$115 per night for a 2 bedroom presidential
$160 per night for a 2 bedroom lockoff
$120 per night for a 3 bedroom
$130 per night for a 3 bedroom presidential
$205 per night for a 4 bedroom presidential

Parking is free and most everything you need is within walking distance.

There are shuttles and taxi's available, if you want to visit downtown Vegas or anything past the Las Vegas strip.

Car recommended for attractions outside of casino/strip areas.

Oversized vehicles are not permitted.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
