The Space:
Enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo with it's breathtaking ocean views and California casual decor! It's the perfect beach getaway! Being able to kick off your sandy sandals and enjoy a cold beverage on the balcony while watching the sun set is incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. (Views not guaranteed.) The inclusion of free WiFi allows you to stay connected and share your beachside experiences. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom and most rooms come with a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. To accommodate 6 guests. Having a full kitchen allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. The flat-screen TV is a nice addition for entertainment and relaxation, and a washer and dryer in the unit is incredibly convenient for longer stays or if you want to freshen up your beachwear. It's a fantastic resort for a beach vacation with beautiful ocean views and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Getting Around:
Two levels of complimentary parking. Parking spaces are limited to 1 complimentary vehicle for owners per bedroom. Additional parking spaces are available at $40 per night per vehicle.
The resort is located two blocks from the train station and one block from the crossing intersection; train sounds can be heard throughout the property 24 hours a day.

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
