The Space:
This gorgeous 1 bedroom condo located in the heart of peaceful NAPA Wine Country is 836sq ft! The condo includes a master bedroom with a king bed and attached en suite. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room and the condo can accommodate up to 4 guests! Both the living room and master bedroom have access to the lanai, so that you can socialize and enjoy outside! This condo can accommodate up to 6 guests!  Having a full kitchen with and a dining room, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit for your convenience. With incredible views and all the necessary amenities, you're sure to have a fun and comfortable stay.

Pets are not permitted.

Smoking in all rooms and on room balconies is strictly prohibited. Designated Smoking Sections are located in outdoor common areas of the Resort.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charges.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

A transient tax is required at check in.

A $7.32 plus tax per night City of Napa timeshare fee is required. (fee is subject to change without notice)

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.
