The Space:
This luxury 5 bedroom and 5 bath Presidential Lockoff condo is nestled into a serene and beautiful woodsy backdrop. The very spacious 3977 sq ft allows the condo to accommodate up to 18 guests! The master suite has a king bed with attached en suite and jetted tub. The second and third bedroom have king beds as well. The fourth and fifth bedroom have two queen beds each. The living room has a double sided fireplace, a double sofa bed (2- varies) and a balcony/patio to check out all the beautiful scenery! The condo has a partial kitchen and full dining area to meet all your culinary needs!

Guest Access:
A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
To maintain a serene spa experience, the spa and pool at the resort are for adults 18+.
The infinity pool, hot tub, bathing ritual, and quiet room are free amenities at the resort, however they are limited to two guests at a time per condo. Additional guests will be charged the daily usage fee.
To enjoy the Wellness Classes and the fitness center there is a $45 daily usage fee.
Nestled in a woodsy atmosphere, don't let the resorts serene backdrop fool you into thinking it's not both relaxing and full of adventurous opportunities.

You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests.
Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund. A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at checkout, provided no damage has occurred.
No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.
Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.

You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
