Charming, vintage house in a great location for a vacation to Heber area. We appreciated that it is dog-friendly, with a fenced back yard. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. We saw deer in the back yard in the morning. The house was decorated with very cool vintage things, there were games for the kids, and it has a very nice large back patio with a bbq grill. Dana, the host was super nice and all our communication was great. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

We had a lovely stay and appreciated the pet friendliness and the quaint vintage cottage. Dana was super helpful and communicative. Would recommend. We skied at Park City and it was close and convenient. We loved Midway and the crater hotsprings there as well.

An excellent location. Property exactly as listed with comfortable beds and ample sleeping space. Back porch is lovely and would be fantastic for meals, although we didn’t use it as much as we might have. Dana, the host was very responsive by way of messaging.

The place was very nice and inviting, the only thing that was inconvenient was only 1 bathroom, I didn't think that out well, we worked it out and had a wonderful time. Fantastic communication with the owner.

Great place to stay

We stayed for an almost a week with our dogs. The back yard was perfect for the dogs and the house was comfortable and spacious enough to work from home. Would stay again! Great communication from the host too.

Beautiful property

Our stay was so lovely, beautiful home, much more roomy than it looks. The only downside was we couldn't get the bathroom to lock, but the backyard area by far makes up for the small flaw. The patio is such a great hang out space and the beds are really comfortable.

The property itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Heber City, Midway, and Park City. The home met our expectations, and the owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome. When I mentioned that we travel with a blender because our disabled daughter is tube-fed and we use it multiple times a day to prepare her meals, she even offered to purchase one for the house. That kindness was genuinely appreciated.Our only significant concern was with the listing itself. It did not disclose that the property manager lives upstairs in the home, and we weren't informed of this until the day we arrived, after our plans were already set. Had we known beforehand, we likely would have chosen a different property.Because we were staying directly below someone, we spent much of our stay trying to keep our normal family activities as quiet as possible. Our daughter occasionally vocalizes loudly, and using the blender several times a day made us feel self-conscious about disturbing the people upstairs. While no one ever complained, it added stress that we weren't expecting on vacation.To be clear, this review is not a criticism of the owner or the property manager. The owner was thoughtful, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our experience. Our concern is simply that the living arrangement should be clearly disclosed in the listing before booking so guests can make an informed decision.

The cottage has a lot of charm and reminded me of visits to my grandma’s house growing up. Situated nicely to visit Heber/Midway. Weather was ideal for opening windows- in hotter months it may be less comfortable.

My husband was born and raised in Wasatch County. This is a beautiful mountain valley with so many recreational opportunities. We love helping our guests find all the hidden treasures this area has to offer. We do not offer long term stays but do offer 30 day stays.

The Heber House is 20 minutes from Park City Mountain resort and Park City Main Street and 25 minutes from Sundance if you are a snow or mountain biking enthusiast this is your place. Our home is also two blocks away from Main Street where you will find eating establishments that are unique and feature locally sourced ingredients. The Homestead crater is eight minutes away. Wasatch County event Center is one minute from the home. Soldier Hollow is a quick 13 minutes away. Cascade springs is a half hour away.
