Regarding the pool and spa heating, we’ve thoroughly reviewed the situation and confirmed that the system was functioning correctly during your stay. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding about how the heating system operates. To clarify, when the spa jets are running, the heating focuses on the spa, and the pool will not heat simultaneously. This setup is typical for these systems, but we understand how this may have caused confusion and impacted your experience. We will review how we communicate these instructions to ensure future guests have a clearer understanding. As for the bedding, we weren’t aware of this issue during your stay, as it was not reported to us at the time. We encourage all guests to notify us immediately of any housekeeping concerns so that we can address them promptly. Nonetheless, we will review this with our team to ensure that all linens are thoroughly inspected and appropriately placed before each guest's arrival.
