The cleanest property we've ever had, well stocked, good location. Several restaurants and a nice bakery were within a few minutes walk.The skyline to the city was 5-6 minute walk.Parking is tough in the neighborhood that was the only minor issue.Would stay there again

This was a great place to stay for our two families! We were in town for a baseball game (3 game series) and it wasn't too far of a drive. The house was clean and the host was quick to respond to a couple small things needed. We would stay again if in the area!

This home was exactly as advertised. The property was very clean and well stocked. Street parking was never a problem and able to park directly in front of the property for the whole week we stayed there. There were some WiFi connectivity issues in the upper floors, slow connection. Otherwise no issues with this stay.

Garrett was a great host, with excellent, easy communication! This house has lots of space to spread out with a small group and comfortably sleeps 7. On-street parking was always available in front of the house and it was a lovely walkable neighborhood, with restaurants, an ice-cream shop and views! It was an easy drive into the city.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend and the place has so many extra amenities (floss picks, cotton swabs, coffee, snacks, toothbrushes). It was an amazing stay and would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to be close to the city!

Our stay was wonderful, and fit our needs exactly. There was also such attention to detail through and all spaces were clean and ready for guests. Checkin and checkout were easy and parking was also accessible in front of the house.
10 minute walk to the Grandview overlook.
A quick Uber ride to Market Square downtown.
Grandview Bakery & Sweet Shop for breakfast treats 5 minute walk away.

We used the pacman game a lot!!!Walking distance for shopping, bars, restaurants etc was a bonus.House was comfy cozy!!!

Absolutely fantastic home, in a lovely walkable neighborhood with bars, restaurants, diners, stores, bakeries. The view from the porches is divine. Convenient to downtown/convention center but very quiet. I don’t like staying in cities generally but I felt very relaxed! Great host!

Great property and location. Walkable to some restaurants, and the area of Mount Washington seemed to be one of the safer areas of Pittsburgh. Would recommend!

We stayed 5 nights at this property and it was perfect. The home is beautiful (exactly like the photos) and the neighborhood is lovely. Parking was never an issue. We were there for an event, so we had to cook every meal (at least for my son). The kitchen is well stocked. In fact, I had contacted Garrett ahead of time to see if he had a rice cooker. He didn't, but went and purchased one before we arrived! Now that's service! There's a couple of neighborhood restaurants (Coughlin's Law) you can walk to and a grocery store as long as you don't buy anything heavy! There were two outside decks/balconies that were really nice to hang out on with a glass of wine! They're were only 3 of us, but this home would be perfect for a large group. The beds were very comfortable. Garrett's communication was outstanding and if I could give this more than 5 stars, I would! I highly recommend this home!!! My husband really enjoyed the Pac Man video game!

Great location/nicely appointed home

We loved that we could walk to restaurants/shops/grocery store and we weren't far from the magnificent view of the Pittsburgh skyline. The house itself has been nicely updated with all the modern conveniences. The beds were very comfortable and street parking was easy. Great place to stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at Garrett's place on Mount Washington. It was the perfect size for our six person family. So much better than cramming into one hotel room. And honestly for the outrageous prices of hotels nearby in the city you cannot beat the price and all the space and amenities here. All the little details were there at this place - extra bathroom supplies, a fully stocked kitchen, fun games and activities for kids and adults, etc. Really easy walk to a grocery store and other shops and restaurants. Also a really easy walk to the Grandview Avenue lookouts and the incline. We did lock ourselves out once late at night and he was super easy to get in touch with and got back to us right away to help us out with that. Host is great at communicating and attentive to needs of guests. We would stay again when in Pittsburgh. Highly recommend.

Could be a great place with a few minor tweaks.Five of us spent a weekend there, the bedrooms were good, comfortable with ample storage. Well equipped kitchen, nice dining table where we hosted a family dinner. Street parking was zero issue even with 2 cars.Just a couple minor maintenance and furnishing issues kept this from a 5 star,

Modern and Comfortable

Our stay was amazing. Even with the extreme heat we experienced our host checked in to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Within walking distance to great food and a good time.
