This modern condo, built in 2020, features a private deck and hot tub, offering a contemporary mountain atmosphere in a prime location just steps away from downtown shopping and dining.

The Appalachian is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome that includes a first-floor master bedroom and a second-floor deck equipped with a hot tub, built-in bar, and HDTV. It also offers speedy Wi-Fi on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz channels, making it perfect for remote work or homeschooling during your stay.

Main & Pine features a covered private parking garage with one assigned spot for this unit and an additional reserved spot available on a first-come, first-served basis outside the garage.

Our Smart Lock ensures a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

The Appalachian is located at the back of the main property, facing The Town Tavern—a great spot for meals and drinks. It is within walking distance of everything Main Street in Blowing Rock has to offer and just a short drive from many dining, shopping, and outdoor activities.

My adult daughters and I had a wonderful girls getaway to this beautiful condo. We enjoyed the great-looking decor, close walking distance to everything, and getting in the hot tub after dinner. We would love to come back again one day!

We were amazed when we walked in! The pictures are spot-on. It was an excellent stay. Plenty of clothes storage. Kitchen was well stocked (bring your own coffee/filters are on hand). Split bedroom layout upstairs was particularly appreciated. Nicely appointed spaces and each bedroom had a bathroom. A great place to have breakfast before heading out for a busy day, and a great place to unwind in the evening. Highly recommend this rental!

everything was good. Ice maker was broke but they are going to fix it. BR at the top of the stairs was noodled sheets that need to be replaced. This is the 2nd time we stayed here.

I think the property is beginning to show its age and use. Looked different than our last stay at the property. I would suggest some type of scheduling for pest control. Ants have infested the kitchen area. Spiders were killed in several other rooms. You could tell the beds are beginning to show its age. Hope this helps. In all fairness, we go the Blowing Rock almost twice a year for the past several. I don’t see us using Main and Pine next time. All the best.

Great location!

Beautiful townhouse located steps off Main Street Blowing Rock. Very quiet inside even with live music being played next door at the Tavern. It was so great to experience weather in the 60’s and 70’s during August. We will definitely recommend to all our friends and family.

Excellent location

Our family visited for a wedding & we had never stayed in Blowing Rock before. We were amazed by the perfect location! We were able to walk to the best restaurants, shops, & even the church for the ceremony. We plan to book again in the spring. The townhome was spacious & provided the amenities we needed. It was also beautifully decorated.

Wedding in Blowing Rock with friends

The condo townhome was perfect! Newer, clean and excellent location. We walked to most everything. There were 3 couples. We fit just right. Did not get to use the hot tub. Ran out of time. I would recommend this place. Lovely.

Getaway

Property was well maintained and as pictured. I would highly suggest adding a handrail in the main level shower. My mother is elderly and was unable to shower without help due to that. Also, adding a few clothes hangers would be helpful.

Kitchen ant issue all week. We bought ant traps and spray to address each morning. We left these for you.Kitchen also minimally stocked with cookware. Placemats are soiled/stained and should All unit garbage cans were out in front of building all week - there is an area on side of building for them and housekeeping staff should put them there - blocked sidewalk and created fall risk.Not sure washing machine is working properly and dishwasher had to be on “heavy load” to properly clean any dishes. While hot tub is nice- opening to porch for a sitting area would be used more.
