Great stay! The view of the room was stunning. It was very clean and well equipped. Very short walk to subway station and a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Communication with the host was smooth. And they had an iPad with all the necessary info. Will definitely stay again.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy and spacious for a studio, and was equipped with modern and functional appliances. The location was also great, very close to main hub in Hong dae but still quiet at night and close to the train station. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!

We had an amazing week in Hongdae in this breath-taking and modern apartment. It was very close to the fun night life and charm of Hongdae, while having enough distance to remain quiet and calm at night.We absolutely loved are stay here, and can't recommend it more if you want an easy to access, safe, and lovely lodging in the west side of Seoul.

Best stay I’ve ever had

This place is incredibly clean. the host is very friendly, informative, and clear. Provides everything needed and the places cost is very affordable for what you get. The view is incredible. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area

Convenient location to nearby metro, convenience stores, eateries, shops, Hangang River and for the young and young at heart, the exuberant party places. Host James was very responsive and helpful. Washer, dryer and fridge were very useful and it felt like a home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality, James.

You’ll be lucky if you’re able to reserve this place for your trip. It’s an experience of luxury that’s too hard to find anywhere else… ESPECIALLY with the view it offers. Not only does the space have everything you might need, but every single detail is at its most high quality and convenient form possible. From the laundry machines, to the kitchen, the bathroom… even a steamer for your clothes. We were shocked at all the tools left to our disposal. The location is also perfect. An endless amount of coffee shops, convenience stores and delicious restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. This includes the Hongdae area, which allows you to experience the wonderful nightlife of Seoul without straying too far away from your stay. The host is also deeply attentive, and will help you feel at peace throughout your stay thanks to their thorough communication. I can’t recommend this place enough. My only hope is to be able to reserve it for every single time I find myself in Seoul.

Wonderful location for this stunning studio apartment with great views. Excellent Samsung appliances throughout to make life easy, and a host with the most that was easy to contact but who also left an informative tablet filled with videos and photos on how to use appliances for easy "How Tos". Convenience stores all around (including on the first floor) and plenty of restaurants as well. The subway is just around the corner. Enjoy the day (and night life of vibrant Hongdae and then come home to this luxury apartment on the 11th floor (yes, there's an elevator), and relax away from it all as you watch the large screened TV, listen to your music through the great speaker system (with mood lighting), or have a quiet dinner as you gaze at the river and beautiful skyline. Easy check in / check out, and great communications. Can't wait to come back!

Feedback

Best equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and all other necessary for a comfortable stay not using a hotel. Metrostation directly in front of the house (Sangsu station) for high flexebility. Hongik University there and lifely quarter.

Amazing stay

We recently stayed at Seoul Han River Stay, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is incredible, facing the Han River, offering breathtaking views and easy access to sll the hype spots in Seoul.The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, creating a cozy living space. The large windows overlooking the river were a highlight—waking up to that view was magical.The host was exceptionally responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in, which was seamless.Public transportation was a breeze, with subway stations just a short walk away. Whether you’re looking for a tranquil retreat or a convenient base to explore Seoul, I can’t recommend this stay enough. I would definitely stay here again!

We could not have been happier with our beautiful Seoul rental! A gorgeous high-rise retreat in the heart of the city made for a wonderful vacation. We fell in love with Korea. Host was responsive and provided the best instructions to help with our stay.

Truly an amazing stay! The place was stocked with everything we could’ve needed and was in the best location! We were walking distance from the subway station as well as amazing bars and night life. James was very communicative and even surprised us with a gift for our struggles getting to Korea. The views were unbeatable as well. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Seoul!

L’appartement était parfait, il est plus grand que sur les photos. Tout est très propre très design. On voit tout de suite que c’est un nouvel appartement avec beaucoup de nouvelles technologies. L’appartement est à 30 secondes d’une station de métro, ce qui m’a le plus plu été la vue panoramique qu’on a sur Séoul et la rivière. L’appartement a été un coup de cœur. L’appartement est digne d’un hôtel cinq étoiles. Le propriétaire était très gentil et agréable et réponds très rapidement , je reprendrai avec plaisir cette appartement lors de mon prochain séjour à Séoul.
