Our Studio is very comfortable with two recliners and a large deck facing the pond and fire pit. Its very private at the end of the road on our 12 acres. If you're looking for peace, quiet and nature, this is it!
We are also less than 3.5 miles from the interstate and about 35 minutes to Little Rock or Hot Springs Sorry but pets are not allowed. If you stay 7 days or more it’s about 40% off.

Great location! Very quiet and the hosts are very timely with communication and ready to assist with anything you may need. Most quiet and relaxing stay I’ve had. Perfect for my b day get away.

A little slice of Heaven

The property itself is absolutely beautiful and serene! You have to go down a pretty bumpy, and hill filled gravel road to get to the property, but that wasn't an issue for us. The small one room house was so cute and filled with all kinds of little extras one might need. There is no washer or dryer, so keep that in mind. It was very peaceful, and the pond was so amazing to look at. We really enjoyed our three night stay and will likely visit again.

A little slice of heaven

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The cabin is near everything yet away from prying eyes. This hideaway was just what my husband and I needed. Our first night there we were lucky enough to enjoy nature at it's best! The rain hitting the roof was the perfect lullaby to put us to sleep. The hosts, Ward and Barb were excellent communicators and extremely accommodating. We were surprised to find the cutestest goody bag upon arriving with all necessary items to enjoy the tranquil pond and bonfire area just outside of the patio. We really enjoyed out peaceful stay at this property and we look forward to booking again.

4 Day stay

This trip was to ride our slingshot and go to church in Benton. Several things made this stay less than satisfactory. I had asked before we booked if it was in gravel as we were bringing a trailer with loaded slingshot. Ward said it was 1/4 mile of gravel. It was horrible ride in and out daily.

Sorry you weren’t happy with the road conditions . Unfortunately this is out of our control and it is posted on the site that it is on a gravel road. We have to pull our camper & boat on this road and I totally understand your frustration. But I did verify it was a gravel road before you arrived. .
