Country side retreat, perfect place for family fun and hunting.

This countryside retreat is surrounded by beautiful land filled with wildlife. As you enjoy the front deck or back deck, you will hear pheasants or geese flying overhead, or take a hike over miles and miles of land. Children can run and play as this gem is nestled at the end of the road for perfect privacy and family gatherings. This house has been recently totally remodeled and updated for your comfort. 3 miles from the wedding/event venue, 2 miles from a pet boarding facility, and 5 miles from Marshall. We recently built a shed for family events. It is 36 X 56 with a 12 ft lean-to, which includes chairs, tables, and black linens for a small fee. The building has a full kitchen, restroom, bar and a 75 inch TV.

Everything was perfect with this stay. Easy to get to and close to wedding venue. Clean and comfortable place to stay. Even had food for us which was extra touch that was appreciated.

Quiet, relaxing ,convenient

Beautiful, well maintained property. Very thoughtfully decorated and supplied.Very roomie for a group of 8-10 people. Convient location to stay at if attending an event at Five star family ranch just 3 miles down the road. Definetly would stay there again if in area.

Our group consisted of 7 adults and 3 teenagers. This property was perfect for us, with plenty of space inside and out to make ourselves comfortable. Everything is neat and clean, and attention to detail was amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed and more, bedrooms are roomy and comfortable, and gathering space is great on both levels and outdoors. We enjoyed a wonderful campfire one evening in the firepit! Some awesome perks provided by the host were eggs and bacon in the refrigerator, chocolate treats, and lots of hot beverage choices for the Keurig. The host was friendly and quick to respond.We would highly recommend staying here if you need accommodations near Marshall.

Fabulous

We have stayed in many VRBO and ARBNB and I can say this is one of top. Rooms and beds great and good configuration. We liked the space indoors and outside with things to keep our little kids busy and adults. Wed certainly stay again!!

Great place to stay at, especially a bigger group of friends and family. Plenty of space, plenty of beds, full kitchen stocked with most cookware. They even left us some food and condements/seasonings. Bathrooms have typical accomadations like a hotel such as soap, shampoos, tooth brushes/toothpaste. Feels like your staying at a relatives house, not just some rental property. Very homey. Will definitely be back again. Would highly recomment this place. Location was great too, not too far from marshall but far enough away to have privacy. Its a great place.

Every detail was covered- Awesome place

Weekend memorial get together for hunting. The whole group couldn't believe how clean and nice the house was. Decorated nice, great furniture, couches and beds which made our stay GREAT!

This property is AMAZING! Everything was fantastic and the host was very responsive and communicative. I will definitely look at staying here again if we're in the Marshall area. The home had everything you could need and then some! I've never stayed at a place that was so accommodating. The kitchen was amazing and the host even had food available for us. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, everything was very clean and it was an overall fantastic stay with everything you need.

The stay was exactly what we were looking for… a site that would accommodate 3-4 families in Marshall for a wedding at a nearby facility! Site was exceptionally clean provided what we needed! Host was extremely accommodating and checkin was a breeze! One of grandkids loves to swing so huge tree swing in back yard was a big hit… would definitely stay here again! Thank you

Awesome place in the country!!!

This place was amazing and so was Lori!!! We had a couple with us that owns their own rental in the Hills of South Dakota and they were so impressed with place and everything that was provided. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would certainly recommend it to family and friends. This was my first time staying in a VRBO and she has definitely set the bar. Thanks for everything!!

One of the best VRBO's

Our group was made up of 4 couples in town for a wedding. Check in was simple. The groceries provided by hosts were a pleasant surprise. The house has all the comforts of home. Bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas indoor and outside were perfect! Felt completely at home. Thank you so much!! If we are ever I. Cozy stay with lots of little extras

We really enjoyed our time at the farm house! When we struggled to open the garage the hosts were out quickly to help out and give a quick tour. They were so nice and kind. The house itself was lovely and large. There were so many extras (like eggs and bacon for breakfast!) that just gave it the extra homey touch. Hopefully we will get a chance to stay again!
