Our rustic , quiet & peaceful compound consisting of a Ranch House plus 2 cabins that you have the whole property to yourself. The 2 acre property sits amongst beautiful heritage oaks about 10 minutes from west Austin & 5 minutes to Dripping Springs. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, fire pit, large deck, & shaded picnic area. Game room has football, pool table and ping pong table.

Pets are welcome with approval and $75 per pet fee.

1 pullout sofa- in living room
1 rollaway bed - can be rolled to any space

The property was more than I expected! Plenty of room! Amenities at the pool were incredible from the grill (virtually an outdoor kitchen) to the deck which could almost rival a dancehall dancefloor. Kitchen in the Ranch House was more than adequate, and the coffee options were a big plus. Also, plenty of options nearby for dining, and the HEB is only a few miles away to grab a few cook-out necessities. Host was also very professional and helpful with instructions for the property.

We had a great time at this house. The separate cabins and central pool fit our group perfectly. Everything was exactly what we needed and more. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

We had such a great stay at this ranch home! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by woods, so it feels very private. We spent most of our time in the pool and cooking in the outdoor kitchen with the gas grill. Some of our favorite moments were sharing great food, playing music, and simply enjoying each other's company. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax and end each day.Thank you for creating such a welcoming place where families and friends can slow down, reconnect, and make lasting memories. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.

Plenty of room with the main house and the 2 cottages. Very nice pool area and very quiet.

Great family spot

Had a great stay, this spot is perfect for lerge family get togethers who dont want to have to drive for outings. The pool area is very nice, nice little waterfall in the pool and jacuzzi. Then when you are done wrap it up with smores by the camp fire. Only thing i would recommend is new linens and pillows. But lots of space in the multiple houses for plenty of family. We hada great time.

Texas Getaway

Our stay was just ok. The location is very wooded and several trees and outdoor wild life. If you have small children, small pets, or elderly its not as ideal on a safety note the walk way and path way are a major hazard. Access to the property driveway is all rocks and is very steep for access to one of cabins. Nothing is really modern at all, its mainly western very old and old and rustic everything. The game section in garage, the air hockey table does not work, you hear it running but it does not really work because the puck does not slide across the table. The best thing about this property is the pool and the deck, everything else is very mediocre. The bedding and towels are horrible, they all have stains on them. They are white towels and sheets, I really do assume they wash it but everything has stains and even hair on the sheets and towels, a major turn off. The refrigerator in one of the cabins where super dirty we cleaned it, turn off as well. Beware of the outside, the fence that is there is bobwire, but does not keep anything out nor is it have any electricity to it. Deer can hop back and forth and will come onto property. There are also coyotes at night and the path way are not lite well at night and very dark. However, property management is wonderful and respond quick.

Not as advertised!

I have never left a bad review before, but this house was not worth the money! Towels and sheets need to be replaced because they all have stains on them. We had to request wash clothes and hand towels since none were left out for us. There was no hand soap in either of the cabins. The pillows need to be replaced as well! They are all very flat and worthless. One of the bedframes/headboard has screws sticking out of it which is a major hazard. The house overall was not clean. Hot water was limited. Many of the dishes/silverware had to be washed before use because they had dried food on them. Outdoor space was very dirty, trash was left around and no water turned on for any of the outdoor amenities. The outdoor fridge was covered in mold. The air hockey table did not work which was very disappointing. The refrigerator in the main house is different than the pictures and does not have a water dispenser or ice maker. The owners did leave us bags of ice, but we did not have access to any filtered water. Beer cans and cigar/cigarette butts were left on the porch of one of the cabins. Couches in the main house were terrible. They were old and so worn down that you were sitting on wood pieces in areas. I would NOT recommend this house to anyone.

Great place for families. This is our second year going and plan to return again. Love hanging out in the pool and end the day with s'mores by the fire. Only thing I would suggest is more blankets for the pop up beds and more white bath towels. Unless it was ok for us to use the pool towels as bath towels then there was plenty. P.s. the fan in master does not work. Thanks again
