Clean, delightful and great downtown location

Enjoyed our stay in this clean, well stocked and comfortable apartment. We would stay again when we are next in the area.

Looks exactly like the photos and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Location is on a restaurant lined street with many wonderful options.

My second stay was lovely. Everything is perfect —. Location in the heart of downtown Stamford — accommodations are lovely. Only issue was bathroom sink stopper was broken. Great place!

Wonderful place!

The place is beautiful and well cared for. It was super clean. If you like to cook, mostly everything is there. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. The actual location of this apartment is excellent. The selection for restaurants was amazing - a lot of different types of food to eat and the food smelled amazing. We ate at a Siena Ristorante one night. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. When we got there the woman who takes care of the place was still there. She was wonderful! We were confused with the parking and what to do. She literally walked us down and showed us! The town is cute. Good walking here. This location should be used as a hub to explore Connecticut. This is a typical college town/small city - lots of restaurants and a pretty neighborhood. If you want to shop there is the mall but I wasn’t impressed.Overall, I would recommend this apartment and location.

Medical Treatment

This property is very nice and located right in the downtown area of Stamford. We rented the property because my wife was having foot surgery and we knew we would have to stay for 10 days after her surgery before we could travel back to our home in Virginia. This property was perfect for her needs as she was unable to put any pressure on the surgically repaired foot for two months.Having a covered garage and elevator made our stay comfortable. There were a few areas the overall property could have been better. Number one is the garbage situation. There is a garbage recycling room to dispose of trash, etc., but it is much too small to accommodate the number of residents using it. As a result, the floor was littered with garbage bags, food containers, cardboard, etc. After a weekend it was really disgusting looking and smelling as refuse was not emptied for 2-3 days. The apartment itself, while very nice had way too many items on counters, dining areas and living areas. In essence, nice items but really too much clutter. The televisions, lacked Network channels for some reason and had numerous channels for local area news, very old programming, like 30-40 year old programming. It did have basic Netflix with ads which was a plus.Other than that, the place was very nice.

The covered garage and elevator access are indeed great conveniences, and we are happy they contributed to a smooth experience for you both. We truly appreciate your observations regarding the garbage disposal situation in the building. While this is something outside of our direct control, we will certainly bring it to the attention of building management to see if improvements can be made. Regarding the TV channels, we will review the available programming options to see if we can provide a better selection. However, I want to note that the apartment does have Netflix set up for guests to enjoy. Your insights are invaluable in helping us enhance the experience for future stays.
