Interactions with the host was perfect, very responsive before and during our stay. The apartment is on a beautiful car-free square, in one of the original houses and very comfortable with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Being in the middle of centrum of town, very atmospheric and close to everything. I will definitely be back if I come back to Maastricht

Great location for Andre Rieu concert and close to other major attractions in the centre. Comfortable rooms and beds, however there is some outside noise from the nearby bars and restaurants.

Lovely place in old historic part of Maastricht, close to the river Maas. Appartment has everything you need. We would love to come back.

Amazingly located apartment in the very center of old Maastricht, could not have gotten a better location to explore and enjoy the city.Very bright, nice and cozy unit. Had everything we needed and the owner was super friendly and helpful.

I stayed with sister and mum aged 85 and at times it turned out to be a few too many stairs but a great location and immaculate house, I'd go back any time

Perfect Base for exploring Maastricht

The tastefully furnished accommodation offers everything you need for a stay in beautiful Maastricht. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the photos shown. Super centrally located in a quiet square, it is the perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment was very clean. The host answered all our questions quickly and friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The check-in process was simple and well-described. We can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation and would be happy to return.

Perfect, attractive and comfortable apartment in a wonderful location, Op de Thermen. Very kind and thoughtful host! After a train mishap, we checked ourselves in quite late (shortly after midnight). We were thrilled to find complimentary beer and water in the frig, plus stroopwafels to enjoy! Benedikt checked on us by text during our 11-day stay to see how were doing & offered nice suggestions for good eats & fun activities. We enjoyed several meals on the balcony, with a distance view of Our Lady, Star of the Sea. We are -so- glad to have had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful apartment. Thank you, Benedikt!

Great place if you’re able to climb stairs.

Typical steep, narrow stairs as soon as you open the door.The living space was comfortable.The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use.The balcony was small but so pleasant in the afternoon sunshine.The toilet is on this level.The bedrooms are up another flight of stairs.This was inconvenient for a couple of senior people but not a deal breaker.The location was great for us.We were surprised at how noisy some pedestrians were late into the night.Earplugs were provided. We didn’t use them.Having a washer and dryer was very helpful.We would stay here again.

Vorweg gute, freundliche Kommunikation- das Apartment entspricht genau der Beschreibung, es ist cosy, sauber und das Wasser samt Bier im Kühlschrank war eine nette Überraschung. Dazu kommen Gewürze und Öl zum Kochen- Danke dafür.Das Apartment ist mitten drin, daher hört man die Partys in den Gastronomien rundum schon- aber darüber wird man vorweg auch informiert.Wenn wir nochmal in Maastricht übernachten, dann gerne wieder hier.

Heerlijk verblijf met gezellige inrichting. Wij waren er met mooi weer dus het balkon was prettig alsmede de grote ramen die open konden. Teveel om op te noemen..een echte aanrader!!

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage von Maastricht. IdealerAusgangspunkt für einen City-Trip. Check-In und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Benedikt Verlauf sehr gut. Komme gerne wieder.

Schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allen möglichen Annehmlichkeiten. Alles für einen längeren Aufenthalt vorhanden, von Tiefkühler bis Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Treppen im Haus sind etwas steil, was für Hundebesitzer eventuell zu bedenken ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Stadtzentrum an einem ruhigen Platz in der Nähe der Liebfrauenbasilika. Von dort ist man nach ein paar Schritten gleich in den Geschäftsstraßen von Maastricht. Öffentlicher Autoparkplatz ist zu Fuß ca 10min entfernt für 12,- Euro/Tag. Anfragen an den sehr netten Gastgeber werden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Alles ist klar und unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert.
