Our charming accommodations are located above Bath County Farm & Garden Supply, Inc., one of the finest and oldest businesses in Mitchelltown, VA. It is centrally located with easy access to many outdoor activities offered by the newly renovated Homestead Hotel and Spa; including hiking, fishing, swimming, horse back riding, golf, winter sports as well as the newly renovated Warm Springs Pools. Several great restaurants and shops throughout Bath County.

We really love the place it's so clean with everything we need inside the kitchen inside the bathroom and toilet ,living room, bedrooms, laundry room, Towels all cleaning materials and the Owner is so kind and easy approach to help

The host is wonderful and takes the time to make sure everything is in good order. We were working in the area and she was very accomodating to our needs. Definitely recommend her apartment for space, cleanliness, easiness, and the generosity and graciousness of the host!

Convenient to Homestead

This was a last minute reservation due to no room availability at the Homestead. Nice, large unit. Would use it again.

A Perfect Stay – Thoughtful, Cozy, and 10/10! Our stay at this VRBO home was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the hosts had thought of everything to make our experience special. Their attention to detail was beyond impressive—every comfort was anticipated, from the cozy atmosphere to the delightful little surprises like popcorn and chocolates. The home itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a true retreat, blending comfort and charm effortlessly. The hosts were incredibly attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed while giving us the space to fully relax and enjoy. It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. A solid 10/10—we’d absolutely return in a heartbeat!
