Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are thrilled to hear that you found the cabin great, enjoyed the cozy beds, and appreciated the spacious layout and convenient location for your group! We sincerely apologize if you felt our communication fell short or seemed dismissive, as providing excellent hospitality is always our goal. We appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention so we can review how we handle guest requests. To help clarify for future guests, our 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property (which accommodates up to 14 guests) is standardly stocked with 18 full bath towels, 18 washcloths, and 10 hand towels to ensure everyone has more than enough linens for their stay. We always strive to be as accommodating as possible, and we will use your notes to improve our communication moving forward. Thank you again for your review, and we are glad that the check-in and check-out processes were simple and seamless for you.

We apologize for the refrigerator not cooling properly and that the kitchen was not to our standard of clean. Our check out rules are simply to aide in saving energy, keeping the property secure, and in preparing for the next guest. We are glad you had fun and welcome you back to stay with us again soon!
