Location, location, location! This property has a great location! Just a half block or less from the main street and just a few from the harbor. It was great to be able to have free parking and be able to see downtown so easily on foot.

This place was perfect. It had everything we needed, super convenient, walk everywhere, free parking, easy access. Nothing negative to say. We loved the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect location for a home base. It was close to anything we wanted to get to. Easy reservation, easy check in/ out. Great communication with host. Highly recommend

Fantastic Family Base

We were visiting relatives in PEI and this was a great base. Location, cleanliness, comfort of beds, ease of communication with owner were all wonderful. Photos very accurate. We would stay here again.

A short stay in pei next to everything

My stay in pei was short. The place I stayed at exceeded my expectations. The property manager was in communication immediately after I booked, and while I was staying there. Would deff recommend and will stay there again.

Charlotte Town

Excellent location to downtown, cute apartment with a binder full of information about PEI which was very helpful to us.Our host was available to us for any questions we had about the apartment. Parking was provided which was great. Highly Recommended

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was as described. Juan was very responsive to any messages. Would recommend the unit to anyone wanting a place in downtown Charlottetown that is within walking distance of all the city has to offer.

Amazing location!

Had a great time in downtown Charlottetown...can't believe there are too many places to stay that are in a better location. Would give six stars if I could. As far as the property goes, easy to communicate with owner and easy access. Only negatives are that the beds aren't the most comfortable and the provided puzzles could use a refresh (missing pieces). But I'll certainly keep this property in mind should we visit PEI again!

Family visit to PEI

We are two parents with two adult children in their early 20s. This VRBO was very comfortable for the four of us as there are three bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Also, there were two washrooms and a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. We made our meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and enjoyed being steps from downtown Charlottetown. The central location was perfect for day trips to Cavendish and the eastern points of PEI. Despite being right downtown, the unit is on a quieter street and we were not woken up by street sounds at all. The downtown location cannot be beaten!

Sadly the app wasn’t sending me messages so I was stressed about getting in. It all worked out in the end.The most difficult was a sense that it wasn’t the safest neighborhood. Loved the central location but with a burnt out house and unhoused people around making noise it was sketchy.

A lot of things need repair like the towel bar in bathroom and faucet in the kitchen. Window was not operable in front bedroom. No instructions listed for operating the heating cooling. We had to request more coffee pods. Also, Juan was communicating at first then it changed to an AI robot or something because they did not actually answer my question. The location was excellent but would never stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback. We always appreciate hearing from guests as it helps us continue improving. For future visitors, we’d like to clarify a few points: • Coffee pods: Guests did request additional pods during their stay, and we promptly delivered more. Pods are always stocked in the cupboard for convenience. • Windows: Out of four windows in the bedroom, only one was reported as not operating correctly. The others were fully functional. • Heating & cooling: The unit is equipped with a modern heat pump, which is generally straightforward to operate. We’ve never had to provide instructions before, but we’re happy to walk guests through it if needed. • Repairs: Minor wear-and-tear items like a towel bar and faucet are monitored and maintained, and we address any concerns as soon as they’re reported. We encourage guests to reach out to us during their stay with any concerns so we can resolve them right away. Communication is always with our team, and we strive to respond quickly and accurately. We’re glad you enjoyed the excellent location, and we look forward to hosting future guests who can take full advantage of the space and the service we provide.

Was not the cleanest; it said cleaning staff comes in between stays but it didn't seem like the thoroughest clean. There was dust collections (behind the heating radiator I dropped something and went to pick it up and there was a thick amount of dust and debris. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years). Kitchen ware was provided but we had to clean all dishes before use; there were stains and marks; did not look clean. However I will say the beds were clean (the most important for me). Also towels were provided and bathrooms were clean. We did have an issue with the bathroom drain (water continued to collect as drain would not stay open in tub, we had to use an object to keep it propped open). The location of the house is very nice; walkable to the waterfront and all places in Charlottetown. Another positive is parking is provided on site for free. The host was very nice to reach out if we needed anything however when on vacation the last thing I want to do is complain of the property and what needs to be fixed especially with a tight schedule. None of it was dire so we made it work.
