The private hot tub is no longer available at the property. We are currently exploring options for a new premium amenity for future stays and will update the listing once that amenity has been finalized.

~ The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation
~ Pets are allowed only with prior approval and payment of the pet fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee
~ Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not allowed
~ The private hot tub is no longer available at the property
~ We are exploring options for a new premium amenity and will update the listing once that amenity has been finalized
~ A signed rental agreement and house rules acknowledgment is required before check-in
~ Certain future amenities may require an additional waiver or acknowledgment before use
~ No street parking is allowed under HOA regulations. Guests must park in the driveway, which accommodates up to three vehicles, or use designated overflow parking near the Bridges Bay Resort lot
~ Parking or driving on the grass is strictly prohibited. Sprinkler heads and irrigation equipment can be damaged by vehicles, and guests may be financially responsible for damage attributable to their reservation
~ Pitching tents or camping in the yard is prohibited by the HOA and is not allowed

~ Waterpark passes are not available on the day of checkout unless approved in advance
~ No smoking or vaping inside the home or garage. Smoking is permitted outdoors with proper disposal
