One Acre Lakefront Home, Indian Hills Peninsula. Pet friendly !

One acre lake front property on Indian Hills Peninsula. Perfect location and amenities for Family Reunions, Ladies Weekend, or Guys Fishing retreat. Smores at the lakeside firepit, star gazing from the roof of the boathouse, and fishing (catfish, bass, gar) from the illuminated boathouse. Kids will enjoy endless hours of swinging from the rope swing and swimming off the dock. Home is equipped with high speed internet and bluetooth speaker down at the dock.

Guests also have access to an air conditioned treehouse, paddleboards, kayaks, detached game room equipped with beer fridge and pool table, water mat down at the dock, and uncovered side slip for personal boats/PWC.

Interested in fishing this Fall and Spring ? Blake (pictured in our fish pictures) is available to provide tips and tricks to catch just about anything off our dock ! You can pay him directly for his services and time - he knows everything about the lake :)

Upon confirmed booking, owner will provide additional details about the property, local attractions, and information about boat/PWC rentals. Our guests will also receive a 10% discount from LakeLife Rental company which is located less than a mile from our home.

Spacious,clean,accessible plenty to do for kids and adults. Property was loaded with amenities,many unexpected. Owners extremely polite and helpful. Communications beyond exceptional. A repeat property for sure.

Beautiful property. Deck right on the lake. I wish we could have stayed longer. The host Tracy was the perfect host. Readily available if we had any questions. I highly recommend!! 10 out of 10

The house was exactly as described and in a great location! Before we even booked Tracy was very helpful and even met us at checkin to show us around the property. The house was super clean and we had plenty of room to spread out! We spent most of the time outside on the deck or at the boat house fishing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on the lake!

We had a family reunion with about 17 people and everyone had the best time. There was more than enough places for people to gather both in door and outdoors. The pictures don’t do it justice. The place is just beautiful and well stocked with games, fishing equipment, game room in the garage that I am sad we just didn’t get a chance to take advantage of. We had pet dogs and the backyard is perfect for them.

Our family had a wonderful time! There was something for everyone. I don't know which the grandchildren enjoyed more, the treehouse or the rope swing. Tracy was a wonderful host and responded quickly to questions we had.

We stayed here this past weekend, and everything was exactly as described—actually, even better. The house was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The views were absolutely beautiful and made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.The accommodations were wonderful, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. We had a fantastic time and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with amazing views. Thank you for a great weekend!

We had a wonderful stay here again this year! The hosts have made even more upgrades to the property from last year and everyone that stayed for our little family get-together fell in love with the property. Matter of fact they are picking dates already for next year. We had a minor issue while we were there and even though we were perfectly happy with it being fixed the next day - the Hosts were determined to get it resolved the same day! The home is very roomy, extremely comfortable and very well maintained. We especially love the pier and access to the water right at the bulkhead. The game room in the garage is an added plus. You won't regret a stay here!

We truly enjoyed our time here! Tracy is an amazing host and made everything so welcoming. The house has the perfect cozy cabin feel with beautiful scenery on Lake Livingston. It’s peaceful, relaxing, and has absolutely EVERYTHING you need for the perfect getaway.

Wonderful Stay

We were already planning another trip to this wonderful get-away while we were on our first night! Plenty of room and a beautiful location on the Lake. Even though it rained almost the whole time we still loved our stay!

Fun lake getaway

We had an absolute blast. The propert has something for everybody. The fishing was good off the dock. We swam and played so hard.

I'm recently retired, the kids (from multiple families) who grew up here at the lake are all out of college now. So while we still get together as "The Lake Family", we've decided to start sharing our LakeLife with others. We hope you enjoy your time on Lake Livingston !

We choose this home for the fantastic location ! Water is smooth in the summer, water is deep at our dock (we've always been able to get our boat in the water regardless of droughts), large acre lot with fantastic views. and great neighbors :)

The Indian Hills Peninsula is unique to Lake Livingston for its location on the lake, access to great fishing, deep water, and protected coastline across the seasons (you can always find calm water on one side or the other). The community is close knit and we take care of each other !
