This property was the only reasonably priced option within an hour of Oxford. The place was exactly as advertised, a nice place to stay if you don't want to pay crazy prices on an Ole Miss football weekend.

This is my second stay here and for good reason. This lovely older home, my guess is it was built in the 1970's, is back from the street, and quiet with enough room to move easily about. It was clean on my first visit and somehow noticeably cleaner on this visit. My only reason for not highly recommending this would be to have it available next time I need it, I have family in Tupelo. However, there are so many good reviews now that would not work. It is such a nice place to stay if it fits your needs.

We had a great stay! The kiddos liked the bunk beds. We liked how close it was to a Walmart, stores, and a McDonald’s with a play place. We also liked how close it was to everything Elvis. We had a good time and so glad we found this place as a pit stop for our family road trip.
