Bill and Shea are amazing! The communication was great, the condo is clean and gorgeous. We had everything we needed to cook, make coffee, a book with lots of information and directions for everything! The balcony view is breathtaking and the price was great! If you are looking for a place to stay this is definitely it! We will be back!!

I could not recommend this host & property more, we’ve been to the Panama area many times, but we will never rent from another Vrbo host. He was so communicative & helpful! This has been our best experience so far!

This was a great property for our family of 4. Room is very clean and all the extra amenities demonstrates the owners attention to detail and appreciation towards their renters. Highly recommended property!

The room was very clean, and cute, with the BEST view of the ocean. We went down there for our wedding/honeymoon and had the most wonderful time. Our host Bill was the nicest and even left us a little wedding gift. 10/10 on our stay, and we will be back.

The property was just as pictures showed. Great view of gulf. Super clean. Great location. Resort has great amenities too. Very responsive hosts. Only issue was elevators. On 10th floor and only one elevator operating which had problems too. Understand that they are being replaced soon.

We’ve been coming to PCB yearly since 2015. The owner of this condo has excellent and timely communication! The condo was as described! We love the ease of parking at Edgewater compared to other parking decks in PCB. We also love the gated securty! Some things we specifically loved about this condo:-how great the AC was! Even during a heat wave, the condo stayed remarkably cool! -the beach chairs provided helped us save traveling cargo space -the communication was exceptional -water pressure and temperature were wonderful-condo located directly off of elevator, no long walks to your room-comfy pullout in the living roomOne thing to note, but certainly a personal preference:-the master bed was a little firm for usWould 100% stay again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Condo was cute and clean. Great beach view from the balcony. Host was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing week at this property. It was just as listed with amazing views , sunsets on the balcony, beautiful clean pools, restaurant, and a close walk to a beautiful beach. It was super clean with everything you would need including chairs and umbrellas. Communication and check in were easy and the keypad on the door was convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend .

Great stay!

We had an amazing week in PCB! Bill and Shea were awesome hosts, communicated thoroughly before during and after our stay and take excellent care of their condo at Edgewater T3. The first thing we raved about was how clean and nice the condo was. We will definitely book with them again if we are back in the area.
