* Designated Vaping Area: For those who vape, there is a designated vaping area on the 9th floor of the building. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the units due to our advanced smoke alarm system.

* Parking: While we do not offer on-site parking, there are two public parking garages located directly below the property:
Park First Saratoga Garage #1025 (with a 6'4" height clearance).
ParkMobile Zone 50408 (surface lot for overflow or oversized vehicles). Rates range from $20–30 per 24 hours, with higher rates during special events.

* Cleaning Policy: Light cleaning required prior to departure (take out trash, wash dishes). All linens are professionally laundered between guests.

If you break any of these strict rules, you and your party will be asked to leave without refund and additional cleaning or management fees will be charged. We do not allow smoking of any kind in our building. We have a state of the art fire alarm system that will go off for vaping or smoking of any kind. If there is evidence found of smoking in the unit, you will be charged a $400 smoking fee and asked to leave immediately without refund. Glitter found in the unit is an automatic $100 additional cleaning fee.
