Nestled in the heart of the enchanted Kissimmee, this large 4 bedroom lake front Villa is the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and convenience for an unforgettable getaway. Upon entering, guests are greeted with stunning views of the tranquil lake, setting the tone for a peaceful retreat. This home is designed to cater to every need, ensuring stays are filled with joyful memories. Floor plan is designed to fit all families Single Family one level home, steps free.

Ideally situated just a short drive from the magic of Disney, the house offers easy access to a day of enchantment and excitement. Beyond the theme parks, premier shopping areas and a plethora of dining options are also close by, ensuring there's never a dull moment in Old Town Kissimmee The house was fully renovated and decorated to the theme of beach and ocean, walk into relaxation. The spacious living room, with plush seating and elegant decor, leads to a dining area perfect for enjoying meals together. A fully equipped kitchen makes preparing feasts or quick snacks easy. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for dreams and relaxation. For added convenience, a complimentary washer and dryer are included, making it easy to keep belongings fresh throughout the stay.

**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves, parking is inside garage -2 cars, driveway 2 cars and on the road with plenty of spaces in designated areas.
**POOL HEAT- The house offers the option of heating the pool at $40 dollars a day- arrange with host prior arrival for better experience.
Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
