This lovely 85m2 apartment is on the 29th floor, accessible by lift.
The living room has a sitting area, a single sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfill your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.
The first bedroom has two single beds, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Known for its iconic skyline, man-made lakes, and upscale living, JLT is a sought-after destination for residents and businesses alike. The neighborhood is characterized by its cluster of high-rise towers, each offering luxurious apartments and stunning views of the surrounding lakes and cityscape.
On the basement level of the building is direct access to the lake, where you can enjoy the kids' play area, dog parks, and basketball courts; you can also go for a run, a scooter, or just a stroll, enjoying the view of the lake.
Various restaurants surround the lake, from Asian to Mediterranean and Arabic.
On the ground floor level of the building is a grocery store, and various stores and pharmacies surround the lake.
The apartment is close to two metro stations in JLT: Jumeirah Lakes Towers Metro Station (Red Line) and DAMAC Properties Metro Station (Red Line). You can access the metro system and use it to connect to various parts of the city. Dubai's RTA runs a comprehensive bus network covering most city areas. Check their website for JLT routes and plan your journey easily.
Taxis are readily available in Dubai; you can easily find them around JLT. You can flag down a cab on the street or use ride-hailing apps like Uber or Careem to book a taxi.
The nearest train station, DMCC, is just an 18-minute walk.
Dubai International Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
