This is a modern home completed in June, 2015. It's six bedrooms sleep 14. It has two master bedrooms with ensuite bath on the main level. With five bathrooms, a huge modern kitchen, and a dining table that will accommodate eight plus, it is ideal for large family groups.
The house has three levels with bedrooms and bathrooms on each level. The lower level has a game room with multiple sliders opening out to a 32 ft by 16 ft patio, The back yard is open and perfect for various sports and games. It has a campfire pit and a horseshoe pit.
The house has central air conditioning, a gas fireplace, and a large enclosed porch. the sunsets from the porch or the patio are beautiful to see.
Meredith public beach is just 700 yards down the street. The center of Meredith is 1 &1/4 mile away and is an easy walk to the restaurants, shops, and bars located there.
The kitchen is huge and has appliances with all the modern amenities, as well as a large center island for additional seating.

Property was prefect for our family of eight adults plus one dog. Plenty of room to spread out or get together. Good location for plenty of lake fun. Close to beautiful downtown Meredith.

House is excellent and host very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. One of the better stocked houses we have rented. Would definitely stay again.

Nice guy, plenty of room. We weren't really happy of being notified that we need to pay for sheets blankets and towels 2 days before arrival when it wasn't posted at all on the reservation and it was just a bunch of Miss matched old towels with stains on them. We couldn't have a fire the permit was expired and the pit that was in the picture was just an overgrown heap of dirt and rocks. Other than that everything was fine he was very nice and available nearby if we needed him

Thank you for your review. We do send out an email two weeks before arrival and it includes information on bed linens. There is a fee of $80. We do supply blankets, pillows, and comforters; and there is no fee.
We do have a current permit for the fire pit. It was taped to the wall but fell down, and the cleaners put it in the kitchen draw. Over the winter, the fire pit did get a little overgrown. I have spoken to my landscapers, and hopefully will have that corrected.

We had a family wedding to attend for a 3 day weekend. Everything was great. The beds were uncomfortable, mattresses need to be updated. The house had the perfect amount of space. Location was perfect!

Great Family Vacation!
We had a great vacation. House was in a great location to beach and downtown. House had plenty of room for our extended family and dog. Owner very responsive to questions.

Great getaway
This was a great place for our group of 12 friends. Plenty of room for everyone to be together. We had some great meals,relaxed at night,did a bit of sightseeing in town and enjoyed the amenities the house offered.

Great house, lots of room
Great house for our family of three households, 8 people total. Lots of space, plenty of beds and bathrooms, nice kitchen with all the utensils and pans you might need, great fridge and dishwasher, good washer and dryer, air conditioning worked well. Great stay!

Nice large house
This house is really suited for large groups as the bedrooms are large with many beds. In addition the backyard is huge and perfect for children. Mike was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Our family thinks it would be perfect for the holidays.

Great spot!
My friends and I go away every year for the weekend. This was a PERFECT spot, super clean, cozy, and we were blown away by how well stocked with appliances and utensils the kitchen was for a rental. It was absolutely perfect as a gathering spot. We weren't sure how many of us there would be in total, we ended up with six of us, so we each got a HUGE bedroom. There is so much space and it is a beautifully kept up home.

Family get together
We had a great time! It was perfect! The young adults and teenagers where so happy to have their own bed. We loved the set up. A easy walk to the beach. The water was so clean and was not crowed! Easy accessible to everything. Thank you again for letting us stay. Ray & Ethel

Amazing location for a family vacation
The Meredith house was very spacious and very well equipped. We celebrated my mother’s 60th birthday and did quite a lot of cooking. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. Michael and Robert also keep a ton of games and toys which kept my toddler busy. We were minutes away from Weirs Beach, one of our favorite beaches to visit when we visit Laconia. I highly recommend this house for families and large groups.

Absolutely fantastic
Property super close to Church Landing where we were all attending a wedding. We had an absolute blast and it was big enough to house us all. Was able to provide a pack n play and had toys for the little ones to play with (which we were super grateful for). Gorgeous property and owner great at responding to inquiries when needed and being patient with us and our million questions.

Fun visit to Meredith!
We had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked and all the kid supplies were an unexpected surprise! Not only was there a high chair, there was a big bin of toys, board games and we were offered a pack n play! The house worked well for the big extended family and friends that came. Michael was responsive via email and stopped by to make sure that we had enough propane. Having the washer and dryer, there meant that we were able to know to wash our sheets before we went home, which was a bonus. Thank you!

Family wedding
Property everything that listing offered. Owner replied to quick email about minor wall damage from door handle by prior tenants. Centrally located to town center and activities for 10-14 year olds only 10 minutes away.
