This charming, updated cottage is located on a quiet dead-end street minutes from Verona State Park and Sylvan Beach! We are also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, a casino and an amusement park right down the street. Our cottage features an outdoor space with a fire pit, picnic table, grill, as well as parking for up to two vehicles. Have a boat or a personal watercraft? Utilize one of the many boat launches in and around Sylvan Beach! Need a boat? Local rental options are available nearby. Cozy cottage is perfect for singles, couples, or small families looking for a lake vacation spot 15 minutes from the Turning Stone Casino and 30 minutes from Syracuse.

Cozy cottage is a great description of this cute cottage on Oneida Lake. It's within walking distance of Verona Beach State Park and also to Sylvan Beach.

Quintessential little lake house, all of your basic needs met! Clean, nice and cozy. Hosts even left some sweet welcome snacks for us and bubbles for our kiddos which were a huge hit!

The cottage was well-appointed with plenty of supplies for laundry & bath. There was a separate coffee station. The bed that I slept on was comfortable.It was close to Sylvan Beach restaurants & a very short walk to the Save-on gas & convenience store which has prepared meals from the casino for take-out.The outdoor fire pit & grill area were available, but I did not use them. It was eel fly season, so they did not make sitting outdoors desirable at dusk.

Charming little spot for us to spend the weekend with family. Nice location on a quiet street close to the water and very close to sylvan beach too. Very convenient all around. Host was responsive and we had no issues with our stay! Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

If you are looking for convince, caring host, private and so much more than this is the cottage for you. From the little touches to the peaceful exterior, the firepit and all the exterior seating they offer. We had such a great stay i could go on and on. We loved how close it was to the activites in Sylvan without the noise of some of the places we have stayed at. The privacy we had staying was wonderful. I would recommend this cottage to everyone coming to Sylvan beach.

Weekend getaway

This little cottage was perfect for our weekend stay. It was close to everything. It was comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed walking to the state park and to the lighthouse nearby. The weather was perfect too!

The cozy cottage was lovely. All as expected. Hosts were pleasant to deal with. Cottage was comfortable and well equipped. Location was perfect. Walked to Sylvan Beach in the evening. Parking pass provided if needed. Could also walk to Verona Beach State Park.

Our hosts were responsive and our accommodations were just as advertised! They were kind enough to provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, as well as a parking pass for Sylvan Beach. Our family LOVED our time here and my kids tried to demand that we not return home, LOL. Our kids are 2, 6 and 8 and this was PERFECT.Will absolutely look to book again next summer. I loved that this property is just behind a convenient gas station and market where we could fill up to drive home, and if we forgot something, the market had it all within walking distance.Miller rd is a dead end street and centrally located between Verona beach state park and Sylvan beach. Two minutes in either direction by car and you were in either place, but not directly in the hustle bustle of Sylvan beach late at night with our little ones. I loved that we could actually let the kids scooter ride without having a panic attack that they'd get run over.The shore that you have access to from the cottage is not kept clean enough to allow children to play. Loads of sharp wood, broken glass, etc. Sylvan beach or the state park is where you want to plan to spend your day. Thank you for a wonderful adorable cottage to call home for the weekend!!!

Highly recommend!

A great experience for my 2-night stay with family/friends! Communication beforehand was excellent and the host quickly answered all of my questions, and the property included everything listed/shown and more! Supplies for s'mores were left out for us, coffee/tea bar stocked, and the fridge even had some milk and cream. Plus the parking pass for the Village of Sylvan Beach was fantastic! Wifi, Roku streaming, and air conditioning worked very well and check in and check out were easy. The only slightly less nice side was that some of the dishes were a little dirty. You can easily walk over the bridge into the village of Sylvan Beach, and Verona Beach State Park is a few minute drive! Overall an extremely enjoyable experience!
