Relaxing week at beach with wonderful access!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent stay in a very nice home. The hosts were very friendly and prepared the way for a great week. Home was equipped with anything you may need. Large comfortable bedrooms and luxurious baths. We definitely plan to return soon.

The house worked for our group, very well. Proximity to the beach ended up being much closer than I had convinced myself of prior to arrival, which was exciting and led to many strolls to the beach without the need to find a parking spot. Overall, the neighborhood was the biggest appeal. Having never stayed in this neighborhood, we immediately felt the quiet escape from the chaos taking place outside its walls. Inside the gates, things were quiet and safe, a place where kids can safely ride bikes to the pool or play on the courts. We would certainly return to this home.

Amazing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was absolutely phenomenal. When we arrived the owner was there to greet us and go over all the amenities. The house was full of kitchen supplies, beach accessories including a ton of chairs, wagons and toys for the kids. Everyone room in the house was so clean and decorated beautifully. It’s only a few min walk to the beach and to the pool. We will absolutely be coming back to stay here again!

My Destin Stay

My daughter-in-law stated that the house was not too big but big enough that you didn't feel claustrophobic in it with 6 adults and 4 children. My son said it was the best vacation ever.

We loved our stay here so much!!! It’s so nice and very clean!! The decor is so pretty and loved that every room has a very nice bathroom!! We loved the spacious rooms and was so peaceful there!! Spring Break 2025

Take it EaSea was an amazing place for our family. It was very clean and in a great little community with a very nice pool area and easy access to the beach. We had a total of 6 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of space for all of us. The property management team had great communication and were very friendly. All in all, it was a great experience and a great time for our family.

Our stay at Take It EaSea was honestly perfect for our family getaway. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming—there was even a thoughtful gift waiting for us, which was such a sweet touch.Mary Claire was amazing—super responsive and easy to communicate with the entire time. We had a little hiccup with the internet and she showed up within 30 minutes to help fix it. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.The house itself was super clean, cozy, and located in a quiet gated community that felt very safe. We loved that there were activities in the neighborhood (basketball & pickleball court) for when we wanted a break from the beach, though honestly, being just steps away from the beach made everything super convenient.My family and I had a really great time and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

Stress-Free Beach Vacation with Great Amenities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and it was just a short walk to the beach. Having the Crab Trap restaurant nearby was a great bonus, and renting beach chairs for the week made beach days effortless. They were set up early each morning, and it was nice having a reserved spot waiting for us if we headed out later in the morning. The house was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including towels, boogie boards, sand toys, and beach bags to carry everything. Having washers and dryers on both the upstairs and downstairs levels also made it easy to pack light and keep up with laundry throughout the week. The thoughtful amenities really made this home stand out. We’d definitely stay here again!

We were really impressed with how well stocked the house is. Very well thought out! House was clean and very nicely decorated. The location is perfect! 2 minute walk to a great pool/gym/pickleball/basketball clubhouse. 5 minute walk to beach. Great neighborhood for walks- very quiet. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for hosting our family!

The property is lovely. Recently redecorated. Looks new. The grandkids loved the back yard and fire pit was perfect at night for smores. The short walk to the beach is convenient. Pool and other amenities were top notch. Would recommend this house. We will definitely go back to it!
