This Southwestern Retreat has room for your family and friends to gather!

This large and luxurious Green Valley home has been professionally updated with southwestern comfort and beauty in mind. It has three bedrooms, three baths, a great room, and a den. The open floor plan and outdoor living spaces are great gathering places to enhance your time spent with friends and family. Mi casa es su casa; enjoy our walking sticks, games, books, DVDs, etc. There is so much to do and see here. We've compiled a notebook of some favorite adventures to enjoy in the area.

The foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast bar are all one large open space. The floor plan is a split bedroom which places one bedroom and bathroom in a separate wing. The additional two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the opposite side of the main living space. This allows everyone privacy and autonomy. Two of the bedrooms have blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Wake up to the sounds of bird song and views of palm trees.

Enjoy the mountain view and voluptuous roses from the front courtyard and a back patio that has both a covered and an open air area with tables and chairs for reading, dining or bird watching.

The house is adjacent to two of the seven local golf courses.

This house is located in a 55 and over community. One occupant must be 55 or over. The house is an easy drive to:

My family recently stayed at this property and it was an excellent experience. The property was just as advertised. Deb was very accommodating during our booking process and was in communication throughout our visit.Everyone in our party said that this was definitely the cleanest rental property that we have ever stayed in. We will definitely stay at this property again for future visits to Arizona.

A very nice home for stays in Green Valley. Well appointed kitchen, comfy bed in primary suite, nicely landscaped, includes some amenities if you plan to take a hike.

This was an absolute awesome home to stay in. The house was clean, it had all of the amenities a person would need, quiet neighborhood, great location. Deb was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect accommodations for a group

Large house, nicely decorated-warm and welcoming. It was stocked with everything you needed. Backyard was was nice with lots of furniture.

Visit with parents

Deb’s house was perfect for my siblings and me as we visited our with parents’ on their 80th birthdays! The house is spotless, spacious and Deb has thought of everything that made us feel at home! Highly recommend this home and will rent a again!

Lots of little perks! Everything you need on vacation coffee, games, laundry, makeup mirror, etc. wish we would have time to use the pool area and golf. Would book again!!
