This is a lovely property. Host was very responsive. We enjoyed being outside, and we saw beautiful sunsets/ sea otters/ whales right off the back of the property!

We had an amazing stay. The host always responded when I reached out with questions. Kids and family all had a great stay. I would rent again if we ever needed a place again.

This property is a unique and lovely Victorian home with amazing views. We were very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the home. The kitchen appliances were fantastic, especially the stove! We spent many enjoyable hours on the deck; the outdoor table and deck furniture were a comfortable spot for great conversation in a scenic locale...and we even saw whales! The bedrooms were comfortable and it was wonderful that each had its own bathroom, well stocked with essentials. Convenient distance to local towns with good restaurants & coffee shops, and reasonable commute to Seattle.

We rented this beautiful beach house for a friend’s baby shower, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is absolutely stunning—right by the water with amazing views that made the whole day feel extra special.The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for hosting. Everything felt comfortable and inviting, and there was plenty of space for decorations, food, and guests to enjoy.On top of that, the owner was incredibly kind and easy to work with, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.Highly recommend this place for any special occasion—we would definitely come back!

A beautiful view and lovely backyard setting on a clear, sunny day! The 4-story home is extremely eclectic and had plumbing and other issues, which the owner, after we informed her, said would be handled prior to the next guests’ stay. The kitchen for such a large home with the potential for numerous guests was not really stocked with enough cooking and serving items. There was limited indoor seating in the “parlor“ although the outdoor area had plenty for our group, which we took advantage of our last evening of our stay. Unfortunately the cushions were soaked as it had rained with heavy winds the first two days of our stay, requiring us to retrieve the furniture and cushions, which were strewn about the backyard. We had gathered for a high school friends (60 plus years of friendship!) and enjoyed our time together, much of which was spent exploring the Camano Island area. Shelly was a responsive host.

As beautiful as the photos are of this property, the reality of this house and surroundings are even more impressive. Our family of 11 has stayed in numerous private rental properties; this experience was among the best. The house itself is spotless with true Victorian craftsmanship, high end appliances, and an enormous amount of space. Kids felt like they were in a true historic mansion, adults appreciated private bathrooms in every bedroom. The beds were quite comfortable; everyone rested great. The natural light poured into the house yet it wasn't hot. The A/C worked very well. The inverter units in the 3rd level were amazing to have. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. While the water temp remains cool year-round, we still ventured to swim a bit while taking in the summer sun and watching gray whales breech the surface merely 100 meters off the beach. Shelly is hands-down the best host I have encountered. There was a very minor issue with checkin that had to do with the app. Not only did she correct it, she went way over and above ... our whole group was highly impressed by her level of customer service. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again. The only difference would be for longer.

Beautiful Victorian Home, very spacious

Six couples rented this beautiful house for a weekend getaway with beautiful views of the water access to the beach, gorgeous landscaping, and a fully furnished home. The host was very easy to communicate with, the house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple to have their own room and bathroom. We are probably the first people to stay in this home, since it’s been listed, the appliances worked well. The large kitchen was very functional for a large group of people. Parking for six cars was also accommodating, this was a great place to stay. Check in and check out were simple and clear.

There was no option for Not Applicable. There was miscommunication between all parties… the host, VRBO and me about who canceled on who. I did not stay at the property. The host and VRBO worked it out between themselves and let me know I could stay if I had chosen to. I opted to not on the basis of the same miscommunication issues.
