The property was very welcoming to our pets, with a securely fenced in back yard. We enjoyed the stay. The neighborhood is very quiet with a nice view of the night sky.

The main standout for me was the cleanliness of the house. You can immediately tell that a lot of care is put into cleaning here.

It was a great place to stay! We were able to find the property easily. Everything was very clean. Plenty of towel and things. Great communication. Great place to stay at if you are visiting Martin.

Lovely little no-frills but well-appointed place with plenty of room for a small family. Michelle is a great host: super responsive and friendly. And our dog loved the fenced-in backyard. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Place was as described and perfect for our friends trip. The Host was super helpful and quick to respond on little things we had questions about! Very Safe family neighborhood too!

We enjoyed our stay. My daughter cheers for UTM and it was good to be able to stay the weekend with her and catch all the games. The house was old but well updated. Plenty of towels which we appreciated. Wish there was one more bathroom but overall a great stay. Will stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Michelle’s cute, cozy and very clean home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately supplied. We appreciated the peaceful, safe neighborhood. Communication was excellent. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Martin.

College visit

This was the perfect place for us to stay with our entire fam-including pup-for a college visit. So much more comfortable than staying in a standard hotel room with teens!

Just what we needed

Home was located in nice quiet neighborhood. Fenced in backyard was perfect for our 2 dogs. House was exactly as advertised. Would definitely recommend to others.
