Notch Estates is a most convenient place to stay, especially if you are visiting Silver Dollar City. Notch View Getaway was perfect for the 2 of us. Clean and pleasantly decorated. Very quiet while we were there and the access couldn't be more convenient. Highly recommended. Owner was very responsive whenever we communicated.

Great place to stay

Very great space to stay. We have stayed at Notch estate for 3 years and always love the area. Sad one of the pools was not able to be swam in, but over all great place

Anniversary Trip

We booked this condo for a quick anniversary trip to Branson. The location was a very short drive to enjoy all the activities, but a very quiet location to lay your head down at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look to come back again.

Very clean

We stayed 2 nights and it was the perfect, quaint little place to get away. The complex the condo is located in is very quiet and easily accessible. Highly recommend!! Would definitely stay again.

Upon arriving the entrance appeared not to have been cleaned in a long time. Had to walk through dirt. First night didn't sleep well due to chirping. Had to remove the smoke alarm battery. The lighting in the kitchen did not work. Supplies were adequate. The bed was comfortable.

We wish you had reached out to us during your stay, as we would have been happy to address these concerns right away. There was a storm that moved through during your stay, and it’s possible that the weather contributed to the soil seen on the patio/deck area from the plants on the deck above. Our cleaners routinely blow off the outdoor areas when needed, and we certainly would have taken care of it had we known it needed additional attention. We also wish we had known about the smoke alarm and kitchen lighting so we could have had those issues addressed during your visit. We appreciate you letting us know about these concerns and will use the feedback to help ensure the condo is in the best condition possible for future guests. Thank you, The Jeffries Family

Great stay!

This is a great location and clean flat! The only problem we had was not having enough hot water for showers. My daughter took a shower and about 2 hours later I went to take one and had about 4 minutes of hot water and then it went cold. That is my only complaint! It was lovely!

World Series Startz

We loved the room. The only thing we didn’t like was the washer dryer combo. It took forever to do a load of wash. We could only do one day’s of clothes. There was some spiders we killed in the room. We really did love it though. We would stay again.

We just upgraded to the washer/dryer combo unit, and it is does work very differently than most typical washer and dryers. We will add some additional instructions to help make the process more efficient for future guests.

It was a nice and clean condo for a few nights stay. Very limited cooking utensils not even a spatula. The pool next to the condo is not open but there is a pool just up the road. The floors are very squeaky and uneven. So the boards will catch your feet/ shoes.

Nice Cozy Condo

It’s a nice small condo with a great view. There isn't a lot of “extras”. No dish washer and the washer is so small that it would only hold a couple items. We knew it was a small washer ahead of time, but didn’t expect it to be that small. Overall it was a good experience. We like staying in Branson West and have stayed at several different places at Notch Estates. It was nice to not have to go up and down stairs, you park right in front of your door.
