Great Location

I just want to say that I appreciated Tommy, our host and his checking in on us from time to time to make sure our stay was as comfortable it could be...and it was. The home suited us just fine. It was clean, spacious and the location was perfect for our needs. We were very comfortable staying here. We appreciated having no concerns. Thank YOU very much! _-Kevin S

Great location, great neighborhood

We had a great experience at the home. The location is fantastic. Beautiful neighborhood with nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Tommy was very responsive. He followed up almost immediately on a couple of questions that I had. We stayed a full week for the East Cobb baseball tournament and the home was centrally located to all of the parks they played at. Comfortable, new beds and beautiful outdoor space. Highly recommend!

Nice neighborhood and comfortable home

We were in the area for a baseball tournament that centered around the East Cobb baseball facility, but also extended to area High School field venues for a week. The home was comfortable for the 4 of us: We prepared meals in the kitchen and ate at a table set for four.The den had a very nice streaming flat screen television.The master and one other bedroom had TVs, as well.The beds were comfortable.The bathrooms were nice and clean.

Stayed almost a week for a baseball tournament. The home was clean and comfortable, beautiful area with so many restaurants and conveniences nearby. The bedding and linens were soft and fresh, large smart TVs worked well and were easy to use. Showers were clean with good hot water and pressure. I would def book this property again. With that being said, I wish 4.5* was an option because while we had a great stay, there were a few minor things. We did not mention these until check out because we are pretty lowkey and did not want to bother the host or be bothered by trying to coordinate resolution with a busy ball schedule. Tommy was very receptive to our feedback upon check out and promised to address said issues. A few minor tweaks will make this a true 5* property. PROS:Beautiful home and area, close to everything!Clean - always my biggest priority when booking. Comfortable bedding and linens - clean, soft, and smelled lovely! Full size washer and dryer, I brought my own, but laundry stuff was provided. We did not cook meals but kitchen seemed well equipped. CONS: (small issues that would not keep me from staying again but feel it’s only fair to mention)No ice or working ice maker as advertised. Master bath drained very slowly and hot water faucet leaked.Freezer was missing the main storage basket. Outside area nice but lots of spider webs and daily rain kept chairs damp and unusable. No extra toilet paper and all rolls were almost empty at check-in.
