Loved the decor and the location directly across from the beach. The balcony bistro table was perfect for sitting and watching the ocean in the morning or at dusk. Would definitely return and hope to!

Nice, clean, quiet spot

Great location, clean and quiet area close to the beach and shops. Communication was seamless. Would definitely stay again.

Fun at the Beach

The condo was very nice! I have to rave about the bed and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Definitely had a comfy nights rest! The second bedroom didn't cool as well as the rest of the condo but it was a confortable temperature. We enjoyed playing the board games that were supplied at the property. The kids loved the pool! The condo is right across the street from a beach access point which was great! Def will rent this property again in the future!

We had a very nice 3-day stay at A Place at the Beach IIPositives…Nice view, cute corner balcony with good seatingEasy beach access across the street.Towels and linens includedNice hall bathroom plus small half bath in king room.Comfortable beds Sleeper sofa in addition to one king and queenVery clean and well-kept; cutely decoratedWell-equipped kitchen; pots and pans were very nice. We made everything from eggs to spaghetti to rolls and brownies.Dishwasher a plus.Plenty of trash bags included.Toilet paper well-stockedPlenty of towelsCeiling fans work greatOther things to know…Paneling warped and pulling away from walls in both bedroomsNo a/c in queen room; very warm and uncomfortable temp; had to buy a small fan to circulate air; really needs an A/C unit in that room.Freezer didn’t work until we adjusted the refrigerator setting to a colder tempThe pool is nice, but there is no seating.The laundromat mat dryers do not dry at all; towels were still wet after 2 1/2 40 minute cycles.No dresser in the king room, but closet is roomy and included some hangers.Be prepared for no elevator, which we knew, and it wasn’t terrible even though we were on the third floor.Unit is great for a family with kids. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and it worked very well. We enjoyed our mini-vacation here very much!
