When you enter this French Colonial-styled villa through it's enclosed bougainvillea-filled courtyard, you'll know that you have 'arrived'. The custom mahogany floors will lead you through a myriad of quality amenities. Understated elegance dominates every detail of Haute Maison, from the antique four poster bed, Persian rugs, artwork, lighting, professionally equipped gourmet kitchen, Italian-tiled baths, to the fine linens: nothing has been overlooked. The rooms are designed to capture the wonderful Trade Wind breezes.  Haute Maison’s décor is accented with tropical and French influences. Fine furnishing and meticulous attention to detail are hallmarks of Haute Maison.

Incredible views from the new infinity edge pool, heated spa tub and mahogany sun deck, there is something empowering about this Pointe Colombier location. This two bedroom villa offers complete privacy and is certain to please even the most particular traveler.

Celebration of Life

My husband and I like to visit St. Barth in the low season. We are not foodies and I was really looking forward to using the kitchen. It did not disappoint! Libby has everything that I needed and it was very organized. The entire villa shows owners who take pride in their property. This was one of my very favorite vacations. The pool, deck and hot tub were an amazing place to hang out for the day. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms stocked with soap, shampoo, towels and robes. I cannot wait to return!

Great Honeymoon villa with exceptional service and planning advice! We will be back!

Gigi and I had a wonderful honeymoon at Villa Haute Maison. The villa is exceptional with great views, a gourmet kitchen, and an awesome hot tub and pool. Everything was very clean and organized. The villa and all the extra items to use while staying there far exceeded our expectations. From snorkel equipment to coolers, they had it all, even cool backpack type beach chairs, beach bags and beach towels. There is even a backpack for guest to use. All the advice and recommendations given by the owner and her staff were exceptional too. We could not have had better accommodations and service for this trip. We will be back.

Villa Haute Maison

I'm afraid to write this review as I will sing praises so loud the villa will be booked solid the next time I want to visit! The stunning view should be enough to persuade you to chose this place but if not, perhaps the commercial kitchen will. Any gourmet will be in heaven cooking in this island paradise. Make sure to hit the fish market in Gustavia by 6am for the freshest provisions- trust me it's worth it. This is not your typical rental where the furnishings are bought with rental destroyers in mind. No, Libby, furnished Haute Maison with nothing less than the finest so you feel you've been invited into her home. No detail has been overlooked. All you need to bring is your swimsuit- everything else awaits you. And with your private pool and hot tub there is no reason to ever leave. It's a shame when you leave to sightsee around the island! However, do take the time to hike down to Colombier beach. You can access the trail right by the villa. Trust me- it's worth the effort. While others fought the Mosquitos beachside we sat high and bug free with an unbeatable vista. The only negative I can think of--- no wait, there's nothing negative here. Thanks so much Libby for making my husbands 50th birthday celebration a lifetime memory to cherish.

Best View on St Barth's

My husband and I have had the pleasure of staying at Villa Haute Maison several times over the last 5 years. This is an impeccable property with the most spectacular views on the island in every direction. Comfort and convenience are apparent in every detail, from the heavenly crisp white bed linens to the well stocked kitchen with honor bar. We could literally stay here for the week with no desire to do anything but lounge by the infinity pool, but with such amenities as tennis rackets, beach chairs, coolers and snorkel gear included, you have your choice for those days when you are feeling adventurous. The Columbier location provides wonderful breezes that insure outdoor comfort at all times of the day, which is not true of other areas on the island. The owners have maintained the property with loving care over the years, and will insure your stay is everything you expect and more in a luxury vacation getaway to St. Barths. We cannot wait to return to this little piece of heaven on earth!

Best of the best

My wife and I stayed at Villa Haute Maison in January. For us, having a relaxing stay at a villa is all about the owners and their pride of ownership and attention to detail. When you're staying at Villa Haute Maison, the pride of ownership is obvious. Not only are you staying in first-rate luxury, but everything feels as though you own the place. When you reach for a kitchen utensil, it's there. When you reach for a lighter for a candle, it's there. There is no struggle of any kind....just pure enjoyment. If that's not enough, when you step outside, your view is arguably the best in all of St. Barts. We can't say enough positives about the villa, the location, the view and the owners. Thanks for a fantastic vacation experience. The only negative to staying at Villa Haute Maison is that after your visit, you will be completely spoiled and nothing will ever compare again.

We fell in love with St. Barths in 1992. Having stayed at many places over the years, we knew that we wanted incredible views and great villas. Additionally, we were not happy about mosquitoes in villas. As we are on the windward side of Colombier, the tradewinds take care of the mosquito problem and we were able to renovate our properties to the level of what we ultimately wanted to own.
