Perfect for my 1 night stay. A few things broken but nothing major. All smoke detectors covered. Could do with new paint and flooring in lounge but doesn’t impact stay. A good base. Comfy nights sleep for the conference I was attending. App was a bit glitchy trying to get check in info but replies to messages made this easier.

No instructions until the day we arrived in the city, after I’d messaged them twice and then phoned 3 times. Finally got instructions asking me to deposit 150 security and upload photo ID. Luckily I had a photo of my driving licence on my phone. Otherwise, I’m not sure what I could have done. Instructions then required clicking on a link to more instructions. Second set of instructions directed me to large metal fence around the building opposite the property. Attached to the fence was a padlock with a key inside. Except there was no key. Phoned the owners who said they would try to get someone out with a duplicate. Had to point out that this was a security issue having someone (probably the previous renters) out there with keys to the flat we were renting. Needed to point out that this wasn’t safe or acceptable. New guy called me back (much better) agreed with me that cancellation and refund was the best option. Because it would take “2-3 hours to get someone out.” In the meantime Mohamed (new guy) would refund my 150 security deposit. But it appeared on my credit card transactions that a second 150 was removed. Admittedly this has now been resolved and both transactions have disappeared from my transactions. Had to hurriedly book a hotel whilst stood in the street with our bags at our feet and then get a taxi out of the area.

Was in a GREAT location! Took us a while to find the entrance, the video was super helpful! Communication was excellent, and apartment was clean. Couldn’t find more toilet roll/kitchen paper and one of the sinks were blocked. Also the fridge and one of the fans wasn’t working so our drinks did warm up and on a hot day that wasn’t great but overall it was a lovely stay - would deffo recommend

It was a bit shabby, e.g. broken blinds. No towels were left for us. But it was relatively cheap for a central location - you get what you pay for.

Lovely apartment!

Check in process got 2 stars but that's not the property management, that was Vrbo. We didn't receive any check in information from Vrbo, we had no idea where to go but lucky the number we called for the property got straight onto it and were very helpful and informative and managed to get us into the apartment. For the inconvenience we were offered an extra hour for checkout as well which was much appreciated. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. The blinds in both bedrooms didn't completely shut though so there wasn't much privacy. Good location and not far from the canal which was nice.
