We stay at this resort several times a year and have always been happy with the accommodations. Other than noisy (loud) neighbors above us, this stay was great as well! Staff is always super friendly. Property is always clean. There are many things to do on site and this is close to many restaurants/stores. We will be back again in a few weeks!

The area is absolutely gorgeous with geese and deer all around. The room was clean. it was a one bedroom suite with a king bed. However, it was listed as having a balcony. The room we got checked into did not have a balcony. Apparently, if you read all the fine print, it says it cannot be guaranteed. However, balcony was listed in the first line of the booking and even said that in the confirmation email. My boyfriend and I were disappointed, and nothing could be done to fix it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

When we first walked in the employees were very welcoming, friendly and helpful!! The suite/building that me and my wife stayed at was very beautiful on the outside and inside!! But there was one thing that me and my wife didn’t like was the people that were upstairs above us they could not stop making random sounds up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall the view was amazing with the little lake next to it and when you got to the main road it was very beautiful view of the mountains!! I would give this stay a 9.5 stars but I have it 5 stars due to the stay and other stuff

We have stayed at the Wyndham in Pagosa Springs many times in the past. As always, a wonderful facility and wonder mountain town. The unit was super clean and a perfect size for two. The only thing that was a bit disturbing, was when I asked the host if the TV was smart TV. The response was that I should contact Wyndam for answers. I would have thought the host would contact Wyndam and get back to me.

Great location awesome property

It was a great place. Accommodations and grounds very neat and clean .Had an issue with internet. Tech came over and fixed it within a short time. My only issue was the extra fees that I was not aware of. To the tune of almost $50.00. Don't understand that. I thought they were in the listed price. There were two different charges on my credit card
