Great house for a big group. Really convenient location to Weirs Beach, Laconia and hiking spots. Lots of extra amenities we loved (kayaks, ping pong, hot tub, fire pit). Having water access is a big plus too. Place was spotless and host was communicative. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! Such a beautiful property, provided with anything you may need to kitchen supplies to games! Host was responsive & accommodating. Our only issue was the heater in the living room wouldn’t turn on, but besides that everything was great and would stay there again!

Nice NH house on a lake. House is a typical NH home that could use some refreshing but is as advertised. Outside is wonderful with the lake views, deck and hot tub. Great location overall.

Hello, I am disappointed by this guest review and comment He did reach out to me about a small propane fireplace in the living room I provided him with instructions He never responded back so my assumption was that everything was OK This is not the main source of heat for this home. There is a nest thermostat, which regulates the temperature very well on the main level and also bigger areas Please look at our other reviews, which are excellent Thank you

Friends Trip

We rented this property out for a weekend getaway from Boston. It’s a great location just by the lake - so it’s super nice and quiet. Host was very friendly and welcoming with us.

Would NEVER rent again! My advice stir clear off this one! Cleanliness was seriously lacking, you can tell that the property manager and owners NEVER step foot in the property. Check in was easy and smooth but from the moment we entered the house there was issue after issue...first the washer was packed full with soaking wet towels and linens from the previous renters, we had to dry 3 loads of laundry before we could even use it ourselves, the fridge was disgusting it needed to be cleaned before we could put food in it, the big attraction the hot tub...it was full of dirt, at this point I contacted the host, she did try to rectify the situation by sending us 100 to buy pizza and sent the hot tub guy over (the next day) to clean the hot tub....nice guy, arrived, "cleaned" hot tub, spoiler alert still had sand all in bottom and still has crap floating in it! But he also apparently added a bunch of chemicals which he did not tell us about because when my daughter and her friend went in the hot tub after he left they came out with rashes/chemicals burns! Hot tub was a big part of booking this house and It was not usable. The outside of the house is not kept up at all very trashy, actual trash left behind by previous renters inside and out, floor rugs/mats in the bathrooms were disgusting full of dirt that was taken care of by bringing them outside and shaking them out, pool table completely unusable there was not 1 pool stick that wasn't broken and table completely warped

This guest complained from the minute she entered. Nothing seemed to appease her, even gave her $100 for pizza for her group. Complained about a breadcrumb on the counter Paragraphs of text every day non-Stop just like her review. I even had to get VRBO involved to make her stop texting me even after her stay ended she continues to text me with long ranting & complaints days on end Actually, she complained about everything. Please ignore this review and read the other reviews we have which are all 10 out of 10 If you want a beautiful place to come and relax and enjoy with your family this is the place

Wonderful and Serene Mountain Getaway

This place is a hidden gem. Right on the water, very spacious and well-appointed. We were within a very close distance of various mountain activities such as skiing and snow tubing, as well as many cute shops and restaurants. The owner is so kind and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house in beautiful location

This is a really wonderful house. It’s on a quiet cove just off the main lake, but you’re still a 3 minute drive from Weir’s Beach. Great house for a group, wonderful outdoor space with a lakeside firepit and room for lawn games. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Never a dull moment

We had a fantastic week! Plenty to do at the house and surrounding area. We brought our small boat and paddleboard and used the kayaks at the house. Did some fishing. Played pool and ping pong and some board games at the house. A couple nights we went to the go carts, arcades and tiki cruises. Was so relaxing as well when we had down time. Great place, great location.

Loved the water view. The beach house was spacious and very comfortable. We kept our small boat at the dock at the property, which was very convenient. It’s in a great location for access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. And the hot tub was a big hit.

Great home and space for our group. Kids enjoyed the pool table. Deck is great for relaxing outside. Beds are a little hard and squeaky but ok for just one night.

The house was in a great location for attending bike week. The only reason I gave it a four rating is because the house felt outdated in some ways. The beds were very uncomfortable, there was hardly any water pressure in any of the showers, and the water pump sounded like a jack hammer which woke the whole house up when someone decided to shower earlier in the morning. When we arrived, it was sweltering hot in the house as the air had been turned down, but one we adjusted the central air temp, it did get comfortable.Loved the location and cleanliness!
