Loved the location of property, the listing wasn’t accurate, there was no queen size bed in the master bedroom only had full size, could not use the garage due to the host cars in it. The basement had a whole wall with random stuff piled next to it. House was not really clean. The host had a-lot of personal belongings everywhere in the house, hard to put my belonging away

The host was friendly and responsive to questions we had. The house was just right for our extended family to enjoy for the Thanksgiving week. It was close to our home and family could go and come easily.

Great place to stay

Owner was very friendly and accepted two young men to stay at the house while working a job in the area. Very respectful and friendly while working with them.

Great location and property

Super cute house! Very nice inside and outside sitting areas. It is very quiet with no road noise.

This house was disappointing. It had high ratings, but I don’t see how. The pictures looked great, but the inside wasn’t as nice as the pictures. Other than a closet, there was no where to put clothes or personal items. The beds were uncomfortable and the mattresses felt like they were worn out. One mattress had an uncomfortable lip on the side. Lots of items were left in the refrigerator. It wasn’t very clean and neither was the freezer. The bathrooms were ok, but had a dirty toothbrush holder. Outside, on the front porch, was a bag of trash that had been left along with a broom and a mop. There was also trash in the woods. Downstairs in the basement a lot of clutter had been left piled up against a wall. On the plus side the location in Cartersville was good for what we wanted.

Great spot for long term

Very pleasant place to stay. Full two car garage basement was a plus. Karen was very responsive to any issues or questions.

Karyn was great to deal with. Went above and beyond to help me with my stay. Location was terrific for baseball and the house was clean and very comfortable and in a safe neighborhood.

Baseball Trip

Beautiful home and awesome stay all around. It was so nice to feel like we were coming home each day after my son’s games. Host Karen was the best to work with from initial selection of her home to the entire time we stayed for the week. Definitely coming back and have referred others to select this VRBO

Home away from Home

This lovely home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. My son stayed in it for 4 weeks while he was doing his clinical rotation at Cartersville Medical Center. Restaurants and shopping was just a short drive away. Ms.Karen was always helpful and very accommodating! I highly recommend this house!!

Great experience

My son was playing at LakePoint and the location was perfect. It was maybe 15 minutes, at most, and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was very efficient and respectful. We only have great things to say about the stay and we will recommend this to friends. We would absolutely stay again if we plan to be in the area.

Baseball Retreat

This home is in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood not far from Lake Point Sports, as well as shopping and restaurants in Cartersville. My son and I enjoyed our week in the quiet and relaxing atmosphere after a hot day at the ball park. The back deck surrounded by the shade trees is a great place to read or just relax. Ms. Karen was very accommodating and easy to work with.

The property has a steep driveway that wasn’t a problem to navigate. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was excellent, the property was clean, and the TV’s were easy to operate. The owner sent all the information that was needed as far as entry, WiFi, exit rules, etc. Our stay was comfortable and easy. Would definitely return to the property.

This place was fantastic, just what we needed and even more. The host was gracious, kind, and very helpful with any questions we had. The home was spacious and kept up very well! We usually come to the area once a year and if this place is available we would definitely book again!
