This is such a great location walking to the beach and driving to the cruise pier. Excellent for family with kids.

Beautiful historical home with charm and modern amenities. The home was so thoughtful in every detail to make the stay comfortable. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect for a small group! We already want to stay here again!!!

This was an adorable home in an ideal location. It very comfortably fit our group of eight. Kitchen and amenities were fully stocked, and check-in directions were clear and easy to follow. We especially appreciated the historical touches in the home. Definitely plan to stay again!

Perfect place

It was so wonderful to stay in this charming house. It was cozy yet had plenty of room for us to spread out. We loved that we each had our own bathroom, that we were able to eat at home and enjoying the wonderful porches.

The property is super cute, very clean, and in a great location for everything in Galveston. Upon arriving, we found that one shower (upstairs) is unusable by adults as it is very short due to the ceiling height. This wasn’t an issue for us, we could use the showers on the main floor, but it’s good to note for future rentals. The hand soap in the bathrooms is mostly water in old pump bottles that don’t dispense well.The host was a little tricky to get ahold of at the start, but that smoothed out very early into the rental period. Overall, I would rent this property again.

We were here in January for our annual sisters trip. This year we wanted a house with more rooms so our grown daughters could come. This house accommodated us perfectly. Loved the rooms and decor. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need for meal prep and serving. Location was perfect and close enough to walk to the beach. Loved seeing the historical items found in walls during renovations. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and beautiful! I highly recommend! The home also came with some boogie boards and nice chairs for use as well as beach towels, very clean all the rooms!! I would stay here again. So close to the beach! Be aware of wasp nest at front porch hose, also the grill looked wonderful but we couldn’t use it due to a propane leak. My husband looked it over and made sure everything was hooked up properly but we still smelled propane so we did not use it. We also had a few insects found inside the house so a good pest control guy would probably be a good idea.

Comfy and cozy

The owner thought of everything and that made our stay very convenient. I love all the private rooms available. But also that two rooms were joined by a door which was great for the family with little kids. We loved the use of the wagon, boogie boards and beach towels. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit.

We had a lovely time during our family reunion in Galveston. Great seating options for a group of adults wanting to sit around to talk and play games (of which there is a nice selection!) The place was well-stocked and appointed. Beds were wonderfully comfortable. Several in my party were elderly and had some trouble with the stairs but that wasn't a problem for most of us. We really appreciated the beach chairs and towels. We would love to stay there again!

Very nice property, well maintained and beautifully updated and appointed. I would only add one caution. The stairs to the second floor bedrooms are very steep and challenging, especially when carrying up luggage or for older guests. Still, we enjoyed our stay in this sweet home which is very close to the beach.

Great Vacation House

This House was great! It’s not far from the beach and close to the peer. There are many things to do around. The house was very cozy but very spacious, we had 4 families total of 12 people staying. All the adults stayed downstairs and the kiddos got to stay up stairs and had so much fun! They had plenty of board games, and the kids also enjoyed playing video game. We had everything we needed at all times, the beds were very comfy, and everything was easy access especially in the kitchen. Our stay was great!
